    How many days per week should i punch a heavy bag? i started it 1 months ago , i cant skip it because i have important fight in these days . i have noticed that my arm muscules ache because i punch it everyday

      Punch it everytime you train

    • @ttchme9816

      It depends. You get sore muscle from your muscle being too worked out. All people have different recovery rate for it so just don't punch a heavy bag if you are feeling sore in your muscle.
      In the span of these recovery time you can compensate the heavy bag workout by using a double end bag instead. It work out your skill and speed without letting your sore muscle get even more sore.

      Train safe my friend, protect your head from severe trauma at all costs. For your goals of gaining weight, you will want to increase calories for sure and focus on hitting a good amount of protein *(Note many studies have shown eating 0.7-1.0 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight every day to see gains). Now with your training and at your age you can likely eat as many calories as you want without negative effects lol , however, it's smart to not over eat or eat crappy foods to avoid unwanted fat gain. Also at your age, you will likely see gains naturally as you mature and grow. For exact details on how many calories and types of foods, here are a couple of resources that can point you in the right direction! - relentlessgains.com/best-diet-for-building-muscle/ and www.bodybuilding.com/content/top-10-rules-successful-clean-bulking.html

    Whoooaaa! What an error fest! Title says cross; guy teaches a straight. With a completely wrong heel passing the line of the arm. Stick to calisthenics videos and go to a Boxing gym because muay thay is all about kicking.

    • @joshwatson8985
      @joshwatson8985 Před 5 lety +1

      Can be used as a cross as long as you use it while they're punching and you are crossing over their arm
