Thank you for the update.
Cola increase should be at least 10% if you ask me.
yes it should
excessive non warranted compensation would cause more inflation. Not a good idea!
@@Mutlap how is 10% non-warranted when it's essentially a cost of living increase? Remember, CP&I does NOT account for all cost of living increases across the board.
My mom's cousin is a big Korean war hero!🙂... I'm a veteran too but he's really really brave... I hope I'm as brave as him one day... hope you get your medal of honor Jess!🙂!

Great information
The title of this video mentioned a CHART... I didn't see a chart, and I didn't hear you mention the 80% rate, as I am now rated. ???
You should figure out a way to get to 100%.
The link to the chart is in the description.

@@johnmanning4097- How did you come to that conclusion?
I hope it goes up alot next year too because were just getting to the bottom of a huge upward hill of inflation.
Off topic question. Why is malaria rated at 0%? Any way to get it increased. My current rating is 50% for other disability.

What About Non-Service Connected VA Pension/Disability???
So we're getting a little extra if we're 100%? That's a big increase I hope this is true
Everyone who gets a comp check, not just 100%.
All veterans receiving compensation will receive a 5.9% increase over their 2021 payments, regardless of rating.
@@jessicahodge1820 what she was saying is you get even more of a raise being at 100%
I’m currently 50% but looked up my certain discharge reason and I should be 100% I wish I could get that fixed
Keep applying add everything let them determine if it's military connected
Where's the 90% & the chart?
That's was going to be my question
He's the chart ♥️
Chief doctor over clinics at VA hospital told my wife to not bring back to VA they didn't have the time to take care of my medical needs and to continue to see private doctors and we have not been back that's what I'm talking about
When my daughters turned 18 VA stopped paying me them extra funds for being dependents although they went to & graduated from College…am I eligible to claim them funds???

Marie, yes DIC rates are updated as well. You can find them here: cck-law.com/blog/va-dependency-and-indemnity-dic-rates-2022/
My question is concerning the amount of disability that I have been awarded, is it going to.get the increase in December?
My husband passed away on August 22nd, 2021. I was just told how much compensation I will be receiving. Will that change?
What about 20%?

You skipped right over 80% compensation.
My husband did have 100% disa lit.
So I checked. There is no visual pay chart in this pay chart video. He just says the numbers. You have to be a bit patient, I guess. I would've liked a chart.
They'll send one out soon. The VA usually has it listed even when googling. Still early for now 😊
He posted the chart it in blue click the link
@@tbeasley845 yeah I saw it. I'm happy with the new change for 100 percenters like me and we'll everyone who served. I was just hoping for a visual in the video.
Reserve units suffer because good, capable soldiers do not get paid beyond their disability. They should receive disability + drill pay. Their service to this Nation and the impact on their body should be enough. Period.
100% disability
Well VA math sucks, it takes 200% to get 100% PT. And the Government fiscal year starts every OCT 1st , why are we waiting until Dec 31st
Need to talk with lawyer seems all vets have the same problem with back pay and what will VA do if you try to go higher up to get help its not good but use your common sense
Either way, taxpayers still get the Big Chorizo!
I love my disability pay going up but would rather have a competent president.
Give it a rest. This is not the place, and the current guy is FAR more competent that the previous one.
