Omg my neighbor is Jamaican and he and his wife gave me a bottle of fresh Sorrel. He actually made a bottle for 12 neighbors. So delicious I loved it! I’m in GA and it’s still warm here too. Hopefully you’ll get some colder weather next week. TFS, great video 😊

You just have to take out the sorrel pit (I suggest using gloves) and then you can steep the sorrel in hot water for a few hours

Alec you Caribbean, and don't know how to make fresh sorrel, I cannot believe that.
I’m sure the instructions are easy enough to follow, but I’ve never done it myself. My mother makes it every year (actually had some even stored and fermented from years previous) and would send it to me. So I’ve never had a reason to try doing it myself. I know, she spoils me 😂
