Absolutely, one of the most incredible people you could think of.
He might be 😀
I'm in the process of writing a book at present. It will come with a DVD. A lot of my film footage has been on the Discovery Channel.

Interviers enthusiasm helps in the interview. He is respectful and professional and has the ability to have the subject to open up.
Thanks to both for a great poscast.
Great interview Jim has lived a truly amazing life
Thank you, Jim is an amazingly generous person.
"Wild Carrot" sure is a fitting name. He for sure is a wild man!
Thanks - hearing from Jim Shorten is always really interesting - and there's always something new to pick up ... Dolly Parton? Who knew 😁. I always find him super-positive and motivating - thanks for getting out there and putting out this content.
Love these stories.
Freedom from the opinions of others, freedom from the opinions of yourself.
Jim is so interesting to me. He is like one of the most hard core fighters and adrenaline junkies, and yet is so nice and approachable. I read about these missions in the 80s , I cant remember the book. I was lucky enough to buy up everything Nam related at the old surplus stores in the 1980s, so I have alot of cool fatigue tops that are hard to find now
Very thankful to you and Mr Jones for taking the time and sharing his experiences. I really enjoy listening to his outlook on things. It's very helpful to me because it's the opposite of what I grew up around. Just that easy going can do has helped me reevaluate a lot of things and hopefully open doors that I slammed shut. Thank you both.
Great Stuff !
