That “do some real work” chorus actually made me laugh out loud, love it

I’m literally in tears
The opesit you do more math in arcetetchr
What song was that?
My favorite part of this series (and Tyler's) is the underlying rivalry. It's hardly mentioned, but the connection between two creators is a nice addition.
Same, it's cool when two people you follow know each other and reference each other from time to time
Aliens not even trying to win though. He's just half budget and moving on
lol
DF likes to get in on these too. I'd love to see all three do a video together.
Who's Tyler? Can you explain?
Gallery is having an architect moment 😂😂😂
I agree about architects, a firm near me designed 5 bridges and now less than 20 years later 2 have collapsed and the rest have to be torn down and redesigned by engineers.
I guess they looked nice as they collapsed? If so, architect's job done 😂
Well that's really a fault on the state. The architects should of made sure it worked
This editor was on point. The Frozen song bit really had me rolling.
I spat out my coffee all over my screen
@@lordstevenson7403 and everyone clapped yeah?
Made me laugh so hard
@@billybifocals uh... no. I cleaned it up with a screen wipe.

I love all the Architect shade being thrown.
Oh yeah? At what point. Never noticed that in RCE's videos
lol
@@cham4warchitect spotted in the comments
@-thatONEguy-. lol I'm not an Architect. In fact I'm actually an engineer. I was being sarcastic.
Maybe you are the architect
@@cham4w I would never be a lowly architect
When you unlocked the tangents at 6:04 and added an asymptotic (hope I used that right) curve to the road, did you weaken it a lot more than leaving the road as an arch? I realize you may have been making sure the limo wouldn't bottom out, but I think it ended up being a lot weaker. Love the videos!
It's great to see the players on the last pages still retain their strong, underlying engineering principles.
That "for the first time in forever" made me busting out in laughter..😂
At 11:15 in the gallery, the hydraulics are increasing the radius of the arc. Clever!
I love how the leaderboards are basically: who can make the most frail bridge that still clears the level
That and "who can avoid making a complete bridge"
12:19 I cackled. Well-played, editor.
The first time in forever has me rolling 😂😂😂. That caught me so off guard but I will admit when he said I have a thought I went “that’s dangerous” 😂😂
That "Of course I did." at 24:07 felt so personal.
Leave Tyler alone 😂😂
Ironically the thing I correlate to "500 miles" the most is How I Met Your Mother and the main character is an Architect.
One of my favourite episodes with Marshall’s car lol
Irony is not coincidence but absolutely agree. Love that show
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) melted butter
1 1/2 cups of cyanide
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 large eggs
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup Hershey's cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of moter oil
Preheat the oven to 350F degrees. Line an 8-inch square metal pan with foil and grease only the bottom of the foil.
In a large mixing bowl combine melted butter, cyanide and vanilla with a wooden spoon until well blended.
Add eggs and beat well with spoon until creamy.
In a small bowl whisk together the flour, cocoa, baking powder and motor oil.
Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg mixture, beating gently until well mixed.
Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until brownies appear set and begin to pull away from the sides of the pan.
Remove from the oven and cool the brownies completely in pan on wire rack.
Cut brownies into desired size and shape.
This recipe makes one 8-inch pan of Chocolate Brownies.

Cyanide?
@@carsonmcnab8814 Yes, that along with the motor oil really make the recipe come together.
(for real though, motor oil is obviously not a cooking ingredient and cyanide is literally poison, do not try this recipe)
@@carsonmcnab8814 I think it's a take on cyanide tasting like almonds, a lot of things naturally, and also that it tends to denature a bit before 350F.

The songs are genuinely a highlight of my week, love how creative they are!
I like the unoffical race between RCE and Aliensrock
8:57 And I will charge 500 dollars and I will charge 499 more. Just to be the man to charge 1000 dollars for a stick with a hinge on it
RCE finding out that yes, going underwater fails the bridge was gold 😂 though, that find of the water slowing down the car might have a use in lowest stress on some levels...? 😇
what is RCE?

8:25 absolute masterpiece
11:23 now im not any albert einstein but how it works is the hydraulics are acting like if you push 2 long sticks together, it most likely wont stay, it will collapse maybe but those side hydraulics are doing that, then the hydraulics in the middle push the back ones UP so it makes the collapse motion to pull it up. Also the motion making it go up is from the bridge being anchored to the wall, so the side hydraulics push out but the anchors hold it in place, the middle hydraulics push the side hydraulics and limit the anount that the side hydraulics go because if those middle onws werent there, the bridge wouldnt move and and the hydraulics would just skyrocket up. Hope that made sense

8:28 villager news memories hitting me
Dude, that "Do some real work" chorus made me actually laugh out loud and my family asked me what I was watching that was so funny. Good stuff!
As Jo Wilkinson once said: There’s strength in arches
For that second one you could have done a tiny draw bridge for the periscope of each sub. You might have needed more bracing and 2 hydraulics, but the roads would have been shorter, the path would have been easier on the limo, and the hydraulics would have been tiny. I would have still had the braces go over the periscope to keep the bracing simple.
The one with the new bridge foundation, cant you make them tiny just to give you an anchor point and then build wood braces up from there?
Now I have to buy the game. Nice it is on sale a bit, but I wish it was a bundle with the older games too.
They have a base fee just to place on then additional fees per M, so even a small one is costly
@@rhysdurnion7175 Yah. I just picked up the game this morning and noticed that. The last one in this level he is on is pretty much impossible without one though. I about pulled out my hair trying to do it without the piling support.
Between your montage and the repeated disses to aliens rock, I am dying of laughter. Well done.
Looking at alterative solutions is a great part of the video.
Your singing montages are so beautiful they bring tears to my eyes.
The 500 smiles song sounds like something Eric Cartman would write about hippies.
Gotta love his fans roasting RCE by building cheaper bridges with extra flair.
While I have to give much credit for that 500 miles parody I personally thought you would have gone with being a bridge since you could literally cover the 500 miles of the song. Something along the lines of:
When the sun shines, well I know I'm gonna be,
I'm gonna be the bridge that's there supporting you.
When you go out, well I know I'm gonna be,
I'm gonna be the bridge built there just for you.
When you drive, well I know I'm gonna be,
I'm gonna be the structure underneath you.
When you're home, well I know I'm gonna be,
I'm gonna be the bridge who got you back there.
And I would span 500 miles,
And I would span 500 more,
Just to be the bridge who spans a thousand miles,
To get you to your door.
Matt and Tyler being friends is the avengers moment I didnt know I needed
“Do some real work” gave a giggle.
But then “get a real job” gave an actual laugh. Brilliant work there
Come for the bridge building, stay for the engineering-themed parody songs
Things I learned today.
1. Get rekt Architects.
2. Get rekt Architects.
3. Shave that bridge.
So, your covers are getting better, and this is a milestone. well done.
When can we expect the full album to drop?
not entirely kidding, you should release videos with just the song sections. it would be great!
4:40 Thanks for pointing out my "cheeky piece of steel".
I originally voted to keep the songs at the beginning of the videos, but after seeing a few now during the montage I think this way is a lot better 👏
9:27 Those bridges and that telephone pole are looking mighty strong...
I thoroughly enjoyed watching this. As a mechanical engineer myself, I found it fascinating to see how you tackled the challenge of building a bridge with hydraulics.
The way you explained the mechanics and demonstrated the functionality of the hydraulics was really insightful. I particularly liked how you experimented with different designs to optimize the bridge's strength and cost-effectiveness. It's impressive to see how you managed to replicate the functionality of the tutorial bridge while finding ways to make it more affordable.
Keep up the fantastic work on your channel! Your videos not only provide entertainment but also valuable insights for fellow engineers. I'm looking forward to watching more of your content and seeing how you tackle new challenges in the world of Poly Bridge.
the thing about archetechs is that they don't care if it can be built or not because they get paid to design stuff not to make sure it is structurally sound
RCE and Polybridge go together like baked beans and eggs

@@TheSloppyjoejr I’m British tho, I just never eat beans and eggs together
In fairness to mr rock, he basically blitzed past the early levels. I think all those years tweaking pixels have taken their toll lol
18:40 the bridge isn't connecting back, that's why it was breaking.
to all the British people out there I say that "tea is fish food"
I have watched your videos for a very long time and I was so excited when poly bridge 3 came out. I bought it the day after it came out and it's my first poly bridge game. Everything I know about bridges is from your videos and I was so excited when I placed higher than you on the leaderboard for one of the levels 😊
The directional audio in the song was just *chef's kiss* like it was great
Please keep the songs coming, they’re honestly the highlight of my day
That was actually the best song I’ve ever heard
So when RCE says he doesn't want something he actually wants and loves it? Take the song or the magnficent bridge at 10:39 for example. What kinda architect move is that?
Great job keep up the great work love seeing you post a new video
with ur Montage u won a new Follower my friend ! this is content better then all on TV !
I just got this game and for some reason I got top 3 percent on one and it is only because I've been watching you!
Nice, good job and welcome!!
The Frozen cut-in was pretty funny.
The stereo sound design during the montage was *chefs kiss
Come for the engineering, stay for the RCE cover songs.
It quite funny watching Cilvil engineers shit themselves when anything they make starts moving in motion. 🤣
as someone who's father is an architect, he agrees the engineers have it harder and he respects them a lot!
amg I luv the music so much. :D Random thought...Imagine a co-op with RCE and Morphologist the Architect. :D I feel like that might be a blast lmao.
That line about curved glass walls... As a hvac engineer trying to do load calculations, I felt that!
Wow I cant believe RCE made a parody of Element Animation's "500 Chunks"
In my old little mobile game, they had this thing called concrete and you can only use it on a special joint and it doesnt have stress so thats what i guessed this foundation is
i laughed out loud during the "get a real job" chorus, lol brilliant
your songs are actually amazing, i def want more!!
I really love your musical parodies!
You guys have gotten unnecessarily good at those music bits.
Lyrics for the song was right on point. Damn curved glass!
Idk why but knowing Matt and Tyler are steam friends is so awesome to me. I was just watching one of his videos before I clicked on this one!
8:27 best song ever on this channel right next to engineer rhapsody

I had forgotten that song existed, it's too funny ! Thanks
"do the real work" has me crying looool
that song feels like it came from the British dad I never had disapproving of me when I wanted to be an architect as a teen, mostly from building modern houses in Minecraft 💀
The song in this one is one of the best you have done yet.
I'm so glad I found your channel. The songs are the best
We need a compilation of all his song covers at this point
This song makes me think about my architectural project that I'm building for my architectural studies. The building makes use of both brutalism and deconstructivism. And the song just made me think about how painful it would be to build. 😂😂😂
Rce please look at this XD
You are spoiling us. More than one musical break in this one. 😆👍
Your songs give me a genuine laugh. Bravo sir!
Always looking forward to your videos.
the singing segment is the BEST
That might be the best polybridge song yet 😂
“GET A REAL JOB!” 😭😂😭😂😭😂😭😂 love you Matt, never change for anyone man.
theres one thing about poly Bridge 3 that anoys me. In most levels they only give you road, wood and steel not even rope or cables. in Poly Bridge 2 you had mostly all diverent materials in all levels to make diferent bridges like tention bridge or just a normal bridge.
Yeah, it stifles creativity.
That song was absolutely amazing
