I actually really like this UK entry - it's obviously a joke entry but seems in much better spirit than a lot of the stufff we have sent since.

They are shocked by these subtleties from the UK. Have they never heard the song "Pour Some Sugar On Me?" Also British, but well known in the U.S.

Norway 2009 was better. "Fairytale" by Alexander Rybak. He played the violin for Christ sake. If that's not a ballsy thing to do I don't know what is. That song won that year, too.
I already understood that Western fans (especially, Germany, UK, Netherlands) hate almost all their fun entries really much... probably, because of mentality, I don't know. But why everyone sees some cheese here? Cheese is when it's like 20th time when someone doing the same thing but I don't know any other Eurovision song with this idea. So, where is cheese/banality/etc?
Because when most people look back at this they cringe.

Just in 2007?! 😜😜 I'm from Croatia and CRO music scene is not really good for the last 15 years (with exception of few songs) and I can understand when my country and Croatian television sends some BS to ESC... But UK, c'mon, WTF is BBC doing? I refuse to believe that UK can't send a decent song and a great vocal. C'mon...

Apologies? This is my favorite Eurovision song ever. It's so tacky, it's hilarious, and they should've won. (I was born and raised in Germany and moved to the U.S. when I was 17).
