In this video I'm sharing the most delicious quesadilla recipe! I've made a lot of quesadillas over the years but this one stands apart. The filling is incredibly flavorful and easy to make too.
These chicken quesadillas are crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside and seasoned to perfection! The best part is that it's super easy and comes together in less than 30 minutes.
If you love quesadillas, you need to try this. Make a large batch of the quesadilla filling and enjoy hot quesadillas whenever you're in the mood for a quick snack or meal.
INGREDIENTS:
6 flour tortillas (large)
1 lb/450g chicken (ground/shredded/finely chopped)
1/2 cup tomato purée
1 medium onion
5 garlic cloves (or as per preference)
3 tbsp pickled jalapenos (chopped)
1 tbsp paprika (sweet or smoked)
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tbsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt (add to taste)
olive oil (as needed)
2 tbsp cilantro (finely chopped)
3 cups/300g grated cheese (cheddar, monterey jack, mozzarella, pepper jack, oaxaca or queso quesadilla)

How could the music be to loud, if she wasn’t even talking over it. Just turn down the volume if it’s too loud for you. People complain about the most ridiculous things nowadays.
