Just so you know the lady who said you should be sewed is not a friend of the moms. She doesn’t know her. Tina doesn’t know anyone involved nor does she have the facts straight. There are couple of her friends who have commented here bc she is focusing on her kids these past few days and doesn’t know about what you all are saying. None of her friends have threatened Tina. I'd like to know what kind of judge would order that children be violently dragged away from family and placed back with their sexual abuser, it's making me sick truly I feel for these children.

The only ones that got hurt here were the children, and something tells me this has to do with many years of alienation. Alienation is pseudoscience so yes, those details actually do matter regardless of which case we are talking about. I don't 'brag' about terminating my ex-husband's parental rights but was that the right decision for our family, absolutely.
This divorce is only a year or 2 in. Maya is 15, not 4. Her allegations against her mom are serious. She calls her a rap1st. Maya, an intelligent autonomous human, is being treated like a small child. She is very clearly advocating for herself. She's reached out on her own to resources like OMB and educated herself on the court system denying her her rights. This is not a case of parental alienation. Those who have been victims of a narcissistic parent with custody who has interfered with their relationships to their children want to believe it is. But, it isn't. Not this time.

I don’t think you actually took the time to watch how maya and Sebastian felt about wanting to be with their mom. That’s the most important thing and it was pretty clear they did not want to be with her. Abusive parents are the only ones who would have their children physically stripped of their clothing while they are screaming in fear and having their face slammed into a car door in order to be with them, clearly against their children’s wishes. It is a myth that kids can decide once they turn 13 or older. The courts will not let them go from their greedy grasp until 18 or later

Maya's voice is more important than yours, than mine, than her mother's. She was recorded being physically harmed by these thugs, it's her experience that matters and is being discussed. There is zero excuse for how this occurred- those people treated Maya like a criminal for what you are alleging are the crimes of her father. Those adults could have easily broken her nose, knocked her teeth out, or worse. Don't disregard the lasting damage inflicted upon that girl in front of your very eyes. God only knows what's happening to her now that there is no audience. How that in itself is not criminal, I'll never know.
Tell this mother that this method is WRONG. Parental Alienation is junk science. If the father is the abuser, she's going about it in a FURTHER traumatizing way. These type of reunification therapy is HARMFUL.

huh this concept of "alienation" is a wild concept, i see in one place it's been debunked and it just does not happen, in another people insist some parents actually can brainwash kids into thinking the other one is terrible... and, like most people, i have no idea who is actually authoritative on the subject to listen to. and then, i'd have no idea what's happened here. i do not want to express any opinion, the video is very shocking yes... you know what, i come down on your side. i had a cousin whose father was abusive and terrible, and his mother did like, actively work to alienate him, and i assume that effected how they viewed him... but, he was an actually terrible person, right up until his death, never became a decent man. and i guess it's a terrible tragedy if one parent can somehow just somehow alienate a parent that DIDN;T deserve it, but what hatters most is what those kids were saying, they didnt want to go, they were saying she's an abuser, there's got to be SOME OTHER WAY. because, knowing nothing about THAT case, i'd bet anything that this defense, the accusation of alienation, would be made far more often by abusive parents, than innocent ones who'd been unfairly maligned. the system can't be perfect, but ignoring the will of the children can't be the least-imperfect way moving forward. there must be SOME other way

These children excel in school, extracurriculars, beloved by their community. Even if children were as described above, this would still not be the answer. These were not troubled children, they were thriving.
Watched the video, and context does matter. You made false accusations against against the men involved in favor of an out of control teen that assaulted them
If any other adult would have “handled” a child, that way, they would be behind bars on charges, a felony child abuse. And for the record, these were women and one man.
The mama has not at all asked anyone to stand up for her in the media..she is busy being with her kids right now. I don’t even think she knows about the video. I personally have not attacked you..I have been kind and shown you empathy and I’ve been vulnerable around how painful this has been for me watching these kids differ for two years. There is someone who said get a lawyer but they said they didn’t know her. I have commented that what you are doing is misinformed and dangerous to the kids and the mom. I have told you I heard about this from someone in Santa Cruz not the mom..again you make up so many things. This is painful to those of us who know and love this family. You have no idea what the moms doing..you are totally projecting your own experience and trauma on her. You said you haven’t slept and you look very triggered in this video. Please still your body so you can think more clearly and not cause more trauma to this family. Again you are being very irresponsible you were triggered and horrified by that video …so was I so were folks that I know that love them. We want them to be safe…please list any other option this mother had to protect her children..I’d love to hear ideas..you could make such a huge difference in the world if you created other solutions for parents. Please use you passion, influence and trauma to do that.
I don’t think you actually took the time to watch how maya and Sebastian felt about wanting to be with their mom. That’s the most important thing and it was pretty clear they did not want to be with her. Abusive parents are the only ones who would have their children physically stripped of their clothing while they are screaming in fear and having their face slammed into a car door in order to be with them, clearly against their children’s wishes.
Would you want to be with your parent if they did that to you ?
"Beth Brown" or whomever you are since you are obviously using an alt account to protect your identity, what you fail to acknowledge is that Maya reached out to Tina for help and Tina is trying to help her the best way she can. You seem more horrified that the video is on the internet than what is in that video. No child should be treated like that by a "therapist" or any adult. Let's all agree that what occurred that night should NOT happen. Maya has a voice and we need to listen to her.

I’ve never addressed weather she did or not reach out to her mom bc what matters to me is that Tina made a families painful family event public and it’s online permanently..these are young children who are very vulnerable and do is there mother who lives in a small town were her ex ..who is wealthy and incredibly connected…is from. Im worried for their safety.
@@blairblair860 unfortunately I did take the time to watch the video. I cried all the way through it. I wish you all here knew what was actually going on. Their mother is one of the kindest people I know. I’ve been around her parenting them for years ..she is loving and supportive of them. I can imagine she would also be crying watching this video. Maya was terrified she was so afraid…she was told horrible things were going to happen to her. They are now safe and with their mom healing from 2 years of living with their father.

It is so sad how you are trying to draw focus away from what happened that night to Maya and Sebastian.
