I *never* once expect that A72 could have a very close result with S21. A72 have more natural colour and a *tiny bit* more over sharpen.
Yup, this series has always given the S phones a run for their money.

@@xboxgamerz22 i have A72, and no, its not better than S20 FE 5G. However its a great phone, and its very close with galaxy s21 (not ultra), and in someway even better.
@@xboxgamerz22 a72 has beaten some s20's ( i know it beat s20 fe 5g, not sure which others) in a battery test, so u know the battery is pretty decent...also, as u can see in the video, the camera is on par with the s21's cam.. but the chip is worse than the flagships...its still a pretty decent chip tho, so unless youre overclocking the graphics on a game, such as in genshin impact while using other pop up apps over the game, the processor should still be able to handle everything pretty smoothly

I dont know about s21 but I see an enormous difference between my S10+ and S21 ultra. As a professional photoshopper I am having hard time seperating subjects from the shots taken by S10+. I assume A72 is about as good as S10+. Noise level, saturation, overexposure and everytihng pretty much makes editing 10 times harder.

Main camera is just a bit more vibrant on S21 which u can anyway edit in A72

Deciding which telephoto camera is better is hard: the a72's is sharper due to 3x optical zoom than the s21's 1.1x 64mp sensor being cropped to ≈8.8mp at 3x, but the 3x shots from the s21 have way better HDR control and look like they were shot by a higher quality sensor like its main cam

Thanks, don't have the S21 Plus, but the cameras are the same so I would expect they perform the same.

Ok what i have noticed that s21 delivers little bit better exposure with a notch above dynamic range, details in day light are almost same in both phones. In color department S21 often renders social media ready photos(which some people really prefer). Wide angle camera performances in both phones are quite impressive and is hard to distinguish the better one. But in low light S21 comes out to be a better one by a degree or two, for it balances the highlight and shadow part quite brilliantly, A72 is also great but still S21 is the clear winner.
Now in video department both phones deliver quite the same details barring the better HDR output and superior stability of S21.
Needless to say both phones do the justice in the corresponding price segment. Now it is up to the people's affording budget.

I just bought a galaxy a72. I'm really satisfied with the performance with 8gb of ram most app run smoothly. Camera is also good, i just hope there's a way to force use the 3x optical lens. Even in pro mode there's no button to switch to the 3x optical lens.

7:50 Is it just me or does OIS on A72 not work good at all? It looks like it can't really decide how to move and jerks around a lot. I've already ordered A72 and I don't care about it that much but it's good to know it's not nearly as good as S21. Maybe it gets fixed in updates?

Big dif in camera quality. You can see why A72 is less than half the price of the S21. Stabilization is close to zero. But it's a good phone for a mid ranger.
This just serves to show me that I definitely don't need a flagship anymore.
A72 seems to be better in night mode .. just my personal opinion... thanks for the hard work bro 👍

S/Note series always superior. But for many people who cannot afford for it, A series might be their wise choice. After watching this video, A series camera is pretty good. Yes there are some weakness but I will rate it 7 out of 10
So much more detail in the s21. Not to say the a72 didn't look good but once I seen the s21 it was over.

So you can buy your phone directly off Samsung and get a 0% interest loan. Considering you use your phone more than anything else in the world, for the price of eating out one night, which would you choose?
even tho I have s21 ultra. might have to trade my friend for the a72. I think pictures look better on the a72

More expensive is more different
The S21 is a better phone hands down it blows the A72 out the water. But if the only thing you care about is still pictures then sure the A72 is almost as good for less money. But if you play games or do anything else on your phone the S21 is far far better because it has the high end hardware that you just don't get with the A72..... A72 is a great budget phone but there is a good reason why the S21 cost $300 more. And that is because it is a better phone.
