Hey Nick Nothing Phone 2 does have face ID unlock. Just have a look in the settings.
What makes a smartphone unique is it's UI and bloatware free. No matter what soc you have in your phone or how powerful is it, it's all depends on the software and ram Manager and no pre installed apps.

I’m glad to see that companies are still trying to innovate. It’s boring how they just upgrade the chip and call it new. It’s getting hard to be creative in the phone market nowadays. I hope they do well selling in the US. And hopefully carriers will support this phone and maybe they’ll release a budget Nothing phone like an iPhone SE. Cause OnePlus is just not doing well anymore.

Face unlock is there in Phone 2. May be you forgot to turn on or you couldn't find it.
I implore you to open the device right away after booting to see if the device booted completely. Android tends to load all apps and home page slower.
Iam still amazed by the speed of the face unlock from my nothing phone open beta (android 14) brings a lot of things I missed from upgrading to it (s 20 Fe)

Hi Nick should I take the 14 pro or the pro max, the only dilemma is the battery, can the pro push through the whole day or is it safer to take the pro max (I'm leaning towards the pro model because of the looks, but the pro max because of the battery)

i forgot to mention this before but the iphone consistantly keeps apps on even if u turn it off becuse when i triedd launchhing the apps after a restart it took 2x as long

I had a 14 pro Max, brought the phone to Apple store as online Apple care suggested, online Apple care and the Apple store tech said there's nothing wrong with the phone after doing software and hardware diagnostics, but neither one was able to get WIFI calling to work; Apple was a big fail, got rid of phone, now have an S23 Ultra & it works great

Apples face id is absolutely working flawlessly. It works everytime. I use a galaxy s23 ultra right now. Perfect phone, but i miss face id from my 11pro.

NP2 is unique, but in my country the S23 base 8/256GB cots $649, at same price, i prefer the S23.
S23 is worth it even if you had to pay 100$ more.

No Wi-Fi was on both. The 5G is just backup I checked that before I made the test.
Notice: The Nothing Phone also has Face ID feature.
FaceID is from Apple, but yes, the Nothing Phone (2) has Face Unlock.
