I noticed you were inside and not using ammo when you did your speed test against the bolt action rifle. I have a Browning T-Bolt 22 LR Target/Varmint and it shoots great. But when you are outside using ammo it isn’t as easy to cycle and not as fast. It really isn’t about the speed of cycling the ammo through a bolt action rifle. But the accuracy. And even though the browning is more accurate than my bolt action. You will feel it in your shoulder more after shooting 50 or 100 rounds with the T-Bolt. Because you have to push the bolt forward rather than bring the bolt handle down to lock it in place. Let me know if you do a speed test with ammo and shooting them. I would like to see that one. Thanks.
The reload mechanism has nothing to do with accuracy. I'm sure you'd agree. The purpose of this video, as I understand it, is to demonstrate that the straight-pull bolt action is inherently superior to the traditional bolt action.

T bolt with a lamb chop in the middle was a back hook so the L becomes the clown boot aka thick boot left and the right boot becomes handle free and tiny
Bought one a few years ago w/ maple stock. Sorry I didn't get it in .22 WMR.

Nice.. nice.. the browning maral straight pull is better. just 1 action..pull bolt back then grab trigger, the spring loaded bolt slams itself home while you reach for the trigger ....amazing alternative to semi auto
I find it amazing that the T-Bolt has amazing fit, finish, and attention to detail but a basic CZ 452 will still shot more accurately.
Are you sure the CZ 452 will shoot more accurately? I seen videos on youtube where the T Bolt is putting bullets through the same hole at 50 yards. Can't do much better than that. One guy even used the T bolt for competitive shooting and won 2nd place.
@@BoogalyTheGreat A CZ 452 has been and is still used in shooting competitions against $1600 Anschutz rifles. All the 452 needs is decent bedding of the stock and smoothing of the trigger to be a serious competition rifle. I have several 452/453 rifles and nothing even close in price can shoot with them.

I have a newer tbolt and it can be a bit hard to cycle for my 7 year old daughter

Try some synthetic lube and working the action back and forward a bit to see if it loosens up. If you think there is a problem, call the store you purchased it from. FT

3 stage trigger.
Stage 1 = take up
Stage 2 = crisp break to fire 1
Stage 3 = trigger release fires the second shot (binary trigger)
