    Super Mam. You would have shown the vadam kept in microwave also. If possible please keep it in Microwave oven and show. It is a request please. My son-in-law will not eat fried ones. That's why I am asking. If it comes out well in MW I will prepare.

    Madam your direction for preparation of vadam is excellent. we prepared the vadam with raw rice powder, but we find that after drying it and when we fried the vadam in the oil it has become reddish in colour. why it has become red what precaution to be taken. please advice to my emaill add.     In the same method we do kool Cathal in nattukottai naharathar families but we don't add javvarisi instead of lime juice we add a little buttermilk we use murukku kattai and ribbon pagoda Achu to do this or else we use the paddle to do it as you did
