      U explained in detail. Perfect measurement. I followed exactly the way you said. But I think I added more lime juice. Vadam when fried in oil turning out in brown colour. Any suggestions from your side

      Don't over heat the oil.once the vathal is dried you can't do anything.

    Ahaha, arumai! I admired the way you laid out the Vadaams in an orderly manner. I have two questions.1. Will this be thin and will fry soon.? When I fry shop-bought javvarisi Vadaam, they are so thick and never cook evenly.
    2. Can I do it in partial sun and shade ( maybe in my balcony where I get sun for about 3 hours)as I do not have a terrace facility?
    I would be grateful for your replies.

      I dry my vadagams in the oven. Use very low temperatures like 50C n try in small quantities

    அம்மா நீங்கள் செய்து காட்டும் ஒவ்வொரு ரெசிபியும் அருமையாக உள்ளது. நான் நிறைய ரெசிப்பிகள் ட்ரை செய்கிறேன். ஜவ்வரிசி வடகம் செய்தேன் அதில் ரெண்டு கப் தண்ணீர் குறைவாக சேர்த்து விட்டேன் எனவே அந்த வடகம் சாப்பிட கடுக்கென உள்ளது. அதை நான் எவ்வாறு சரி செய்வது. திரும்ப மிக்ஸியில் போட்டு திரும்ப காய்ச்சி காய வைக்கலாமா?
