When I fry shop-bought javvarisi Vadaam, they are so thick and never cook evenly. 2. Can I do it in partial sun and shade ( maybe in my balcony where I get sun for about 3 hours)as I do not have a terrace facility? I would be grateful for your replies. Thank you.

Don't over heat the oil.once the vathal is dried you can't do anything.
