Rise of the Resistance literally BLEW my mind. I went to Disneyland for the first time in over 5 years a couple weeks ago and the crowds were near nonexistent - we walked on during fireworks and I am still reeling at how incredible that ride is.
Same, but it had to rest 3 time when I was there 2 days ago. The last time it had to rest was when we were inside the hanger with all the stormtroopers
I had to pause the video, to write a comment. That test track commercial, was the most deliciously 90’s thing I have seen on the internet so far.
Dueling dragons was amazing. It sucks they had to get rid of it
From Rumors, it was too Riders Fault! Too much could not behave.
Crazy to think about how much $$ altogether has gone into these 10 rides....& Disney/Universal has STILL profited millions because of them. Wild haha
Rise of the Resistance is AMAZING. One of the top best rides I’ve ever been on. Disney did such an excellent job.
I was front and center to the alien pilot and it was really cool to see an animatronic so closely. I got to ride in my own pod too.

I remember going on ROTR for the first time at Disneyland last month and being so amazed to the point where I cried. It was worth the extra money on Disney Genie+!!!

Everyone has a right to an opinion. My opinion on Disney is definitely negative in recent years but I understand why so many people love it. Personally, I find it really frustrating that Disney costs thousands more to attend than universal when Universal is so much more enjoyable. Again just my personal opinion

Man, Galaxy’s Edge and Rise of the Resistance are super duper expensive! Must be really worth it!

They’re the best themed areas/rides I’ve ever been on. You almost forget that you’re on a ride, and it has many walk-through portions, as well as the cast members being fully immersed in the theme.
Great video, thank you! You describe the Disneyland Paris version of Tower of Terror as being inferior to the others and I'll agree that it was not originally as good as WDW when the park opened. But at end of 2019 it was revamped, with (three?) new storylines, drop sequences etc. It's now genuinely the creepiest version and much improved overall. Have you ridden it since it changed?
Yes we have! We were there on Feb 2020 :) The new version is outstanding! What we meant is that there are some scenes missing from the original. Not only in the Paris one, but in the rest of them. So it is surprising that with the scenes missing, and without the random drops, that version cost a lot more :)
@@fastpassfacts Oh I see 😀! Didn't notice the missing scenes to be honest as it was quite a gap for me between rides, but loved the changes and improvements. The little girl is really quite chilling...

Its too there the Open Secret, that because of ToT AND Rock n Roller, they needed to ad a " Power Controll" System at the Main Power Supply at the Park. Because if Roller and Tower whould start ( launch ) same moment. Then at least Mainstreet you whould need at night a Lighter or Candle to see something. ( Power failure ).

When people (including me) keep complaining about how much you have to pay to go to Disney or Universal parks, just remember how much money they had to pay to even make you consider going there.

Sorry but hagrids definitely did not do a great job at replicating the thrill of dueling dragons. That being said with the addition of velocicoaster I can finally say that dueling dragons was properly replaced
I’m curious about Escape from Gringotts, Beauty and the Beast, and maybe Pirates in Shanghai???
Universal got way more for their money with Hagrid's than Disney did with RotR.
Sorry, Rise is no where near the best Disney Dark Ride, that's Shanghai Pirates, hands down, no competition. And Rise, at DHS at least, is always broken down, the canons haven't worked in months.

I wanted to believe that ROTR cost 1 billion to build, but it only cost 225 million is still a lot, but that doesn't make it the most expensive ride.

Can you cover rides in Shanghai Disneyland and Beijing Universal Studios. Shanghai Disneyland has a new version of Pirates of the Carribean with giant IMAX screen & life like animatronics (including giant sea battles) & Tron (a roller coaster theming from Tron the movie). The Beijing Universal Studios has a new Jurassic Park ride that incorporates the latest Jurassic Park movie, way better than all previous Jurassic Park rides.
What about Pirates of the Caribbean - Shanghai? Its incredible.
Have you covered Jurassic World Adventure in Beijing? That thing is a behemoth and insanely impressive!

It simply comes with the territory; all the tech combined with the elaborate mechanicals ... little by little, over time they will address each nagging problem and eventually it will operate much more consistently... not without breakdowns, but much fewer breakdowns.
@@FOH3663 until they add lightning line to it (which they still didn't have as of mid-December), unfortunately it is a big hecking problem. The queues for that ride are bonkers. We're talking 2-3+ hour waits. When I was there it broke down three times (in one day, mind you). Considering how long it takes to bring back up, idek, that's kinda awful. I quickly gave up my hope that I'd be able to experience it, which sucks because I don't know when or if I'll be able to visit again. Granted, it wasn't my first rodeo and there was plenty more for me to enjoy while I was there, but I couldn't shake the idea of being one of those people that desperately wanted to go on. There's a very real possibility that getting on that ride is a matter of luck between the egregious lines and downtime, and i don't think that's very fair. Compound with that, when they do add a lightning lane for it, there's going to be a very haves and have-not vibe to the whole affair. I have the feeling it's going to be a very long while until it's included in Genie+ and you will have to pay for LL. Maybe I'm just cynically speculating at that last bit. Who knows, but my point is, considering the way Disney is courting the once-in-a-lifetime visitors overall, it's quite unfortunate that one of their most popular rides is also nearly impossible to get on. At the very least, your entire day is devoted to that ride, missing out on all the other things that you might want to do at that park. We're talking Runaway Railroad, Star Tours, Tower of Terror, Slinky Dog Dash, Smuggler's Run, etc. Imagine that's your once-in-a-lifetime trip and I think you can understand why i don't really think it's acceptable that it's been open for well over a year at WDW and still having so many issues.
Rise of the resistance is the only thing propping up the shitty Galaxy's edge.

Now it’s “Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission Breakout” They just redid the interior and exterior, changed the theme, but kept the ride system “dropping elevator” the same.

1. The Movie Creator clearly is a Disney Fan! 2. Ressistance DONT Deserve Place 1 because its Extreme Cheated! - No Actor works for free. That Payment was counted here too. The Soundtrack was willingly keeped massive overpayed. Because the Creator normally DONT creates Ride Soundtracks. - Ride System.. Nothing really new here. Its a Adaptet and overworked system, what was existing already before ( Mystique Manor ) . - AND Curious Point. ALL stand to the Ride Prices. Except Ressistance. There you dont get the True Price of the Ride. ( no where listet. there are others who are much more opener ) .
Is it just me, or does the premise of 'Test Track' not look really appealing at all, lol?
Test Track was better before, nowadays it's kinda meh. Also, Hagrid's sucks, and it's an insult to Dueling Dragons fans, but at least, Fluffy, unlike the Disco Yeti, still moves
