great video. I have the exact same door and window problem. Thanx for showing how to remove the rivets but also how to install the window mechanism in that little hole. I didnt' know about the other two rivets at the top and how to get to them. This helped allot. P.S how di dyou secure the mechanism? rivets or bolts. do you have a video that shows that?

I wanna take off just the window not the whole window motor how do I do that
I was going to replace the regulator & motor assy. but my drivers window is all the way up. I can't get to the (2) top rivets. How do you drop the window down to drill them out?
cut the existing regulator cable or cables.
At the beginning, were you breaking the mandrel with the punch?
Yes, taking the center out to make it easy to drill the rest out.
What size bolts will fit ?
Did you find out what size?
Ended up using some really tough plastic rivets and they worked
