ordered S4 got an S5...my first box, plug in was good but this video got my Blue TV app and 1600+ channels popped up...crazy. Day 1 thanks so much for the Help Video!!
S5 always down for maintenance. Buffers constantly and kicks me back to main page. Getting worse.

Its a programming issue. Techs are working on a fix. According to tech support.
My superbox s5 turns off when I turn my TV off. In the CEC tab I turn off all tabs but it turns back on .

Check your tv hdmi settings. Don't allow them to control your sources. Turn off Anynet+

Just got the S5 Max and the Stop, Rewind and FFwd buttons don’t work in VOD. My S3 works just fine so I tried that remote on the S5 and it does the same thing.
SD card and usb drives after formatting do not work and or not shown listed. Got lame excuse from authorized seller saying format is finicky and drives are only good for basic photos/vids.?? Expansion is not needed?
Can VLC be added for playing movie drive?

On the remote sometimes the infrared red light comes on and stays lit until I remove battery to restart it. What causes this and can I do anything to get rid of it without removing the battery? Thank you so much for your expertise.
Are they brand new batteries? Could be a faulty remote and a button is getting stuck
If its a faulty remote, I'm screwed. How would one even go about getting a replacement remote for that box?

@rohasstreamingtech Will the blue App Store only appear if the network shows "Connected"...once going into the options it shows "Excellent" connecting, but not on the beginning home page of "Network & Internet"?
Superbox told me this box does not support surround sound. Seems odd because it has several settings for it.
My super box doesn’t come one when I hit the power button so I have to unplug and reset it to get it to work.

Its a setting on your tv. Turn off allow tv to control hdmi

Hey I got the Superbox S 5 Max from a friend. I try to download Disney Plus and once it finishes and I go into the app it says there is an updated app version. I install it and then the app says not available in my location. I live in Canada and had the app on my Nivida box no issue. Then it asks me to uninstall the app. I tried this a bunch of times but same issue. Any thoughts?

My superbox s2 box connects to my Ethernet but my upgraded superbox S5 doesn’t. The box display shows network connected but in settings display netis not connected. Can you help.
Disconnect ethernet cable after powering on the box. After 15 seconds plug it back in. Should work as it does for me
