I’ve had the SB S3 Pro since last year, and it is fine for me… Beats the hell out of giving Xfinity $220 a month! Sure, it is not perfect, but neither was Xfinity. The SB S3 Pro is staying.

I currently have Focus Broadband as my cable provider. Can I access the SuperBox as a separate option and still maintain my current cable setup/service? I have moved to NC and want to watch NFL games broadcasted on the New York local stations, will the SuperBox allow me to do that?

I am ready to pitch this box out of the window. I have had every ablebody I know of and you and others on CZcams to explain why certain things happen. I have never been able to listen to any program straight through. It either goes back to the beginning where you ask for channels or it hangs up and you have to click around until it comes back. It does matter what channels you're on. I'll never buy another one. So where do we go if we don't want CABLE?

I don't understandd what this is- I don't have a tv and not sure if I will be getting one but was thinking of it. I only have a macAir laptop and an iPhone as well as a router than is currently from Comcast . So what does it mean when it says it "runs on Android?" I don't own any Android stuff. What do I need to make this work besides a tv? It's been so long since I have had a tv I don't even know how they work anymore ;-). What kind of TV? I'm very confused. I barely use my cell phone.
New Superbox S3 owner here. I have tried all three device settings and still get constant buffering regardless of what I am watching. No, I have excellent interned download speed and at this point don't know what to do other than throw the box away as trash. Any thoughts on what to change, other than my attitude???

I just bought mine and it works amazing. Everything is clearer than I’ve ever seen and never buffers. They must have fixed all that by the time I got mine. I just want to see if I can play games on it as well
How come sports are delayed? And how come the channels are not accurate? Was trying to watch a game, it says the game was playing on the channel, but when you click on it, its something different? In my case i was trying to watch a nba game, but poker came on?

Check their app store. If you have Netflix It won't be in 4k on this box. Your tv will play better quality
So I just bought and S3 Pro. Easy to hook up, easy to load the Blue TV, VOD and Playback. Love the guide and the voice command. I only have one problem. The box freezes about every 5 minutes. The only way to get it back is to turn of the box and reboot it. Sometimes I have to reboot twice to reconnect. I have used Wi-Fi only, ethernet only, and both Wi-Fi and ethernet simultaneously. I have a cable modem with 281 mbps down and 9.42 mbps up. My Roku box with CZcams TV and my smart TV work just fine with no freezes or buffering. Any Ideas how to fix this anyone?
Might have a lemon. If it's freezing and you have plenty of memory, then you might want to swap it out
If that box has dual WiFi switch to 5g. 2.4g doesn't work to good with IPTV.
I'm very new to this and was having the same issue. My brother was as well and he found out from a comment on this group that there's a way to go into the settings and change it from fast, faster and fastest. He had me change mine from fastest to fast and it stopped the freezing. I will try and find out exactly how to get into that setting, but maybe someone else knows?

when i find the wifi on my superbox3 and hit live tv it dont say loading channels it says loading and after it finishes it just sits there and does nothing why

Any suggestions on how to stop the movies from freezing? I watched a PPV live event and it worked perfect.Havent been able to watch a movie yet,freezes every 2 or 3 minutes from the VOD mode

I dont think the t95 has a built in system. But if you have your own service, check out buzztv or formuler
What to do when only a certain channel plays for 30 seconds and stops for 2 min
1 make sure all your equipment is good. Speed test. Reseting modems router, ect. The basics. If it's still going, try a vpn. If still reach out to the company to see if it's their servers

Man as a tech Guy and End User Developer, this looks like a really tough time… I’d honestly almost recommend a laptop with an HDMI over this unfortunately. I was helping a friend with setting one up because he hates usb plug in devices however I looked up this great video and resource and realized my friends is the same as yours not great. He’s enjoying a Fire Stick much more.
I’m sure this device has great features or free things it offers maybe but getting to them and setting them up and how slow it seems to even try and load apps is a hard pass for many.

Can you playback other channel programs other than the pre programed 38 channels? My wife wants to rewatch the programs on the HGTV channels, but we can't seem to find a way to rewatch them or see what we missed.

I have 1gig fiber internet. Problem is not my internet or my modem. This service is constantly buffering, channels freeze, audio is constantly mismatched. Channels are under maintenance. Channels sometimes appear like a strobe effect. Every time you turn on the service the channels revert to all channels and you have to multiple clicks to get back to favorite channels, annoying. Customer support doesn’t exist. You have to submit a support ticket via the remote control and it takes weeks for them to fix issues. There are always issues. I have a version S3 that is brand new. When it works it’s not that bad. Buyer be ware..

You're doing something wrong if you are not getting to customer service right away. There always there 24/7. Also you have something screwed up with the multiple click and favorite channel thing. Looks like user error.

Has anyone figured out how to get closed captioning option to work? I went to settings, device preferences, accessibility, turned display on. It even showed me what the captions would look like. When I backed out and tried to watch a movie, still no captions.

I've had sound problems too. It goes up and down, turn your volume up all the way on the box, then control your volume with your TV remote. Hope it helps. Good luck.

Yo nice video bro. So I have the box and it works pretty good. Only problems I have is there’s delays on live sports and sometimes freezes. I do updates all the time and have good wifi. Overall its a little bootleg BUT does the job.

What a waste money for this product. NVIDIA SHIELD TV PRO is still the best. If you can't 4k on this box it's a waste. NVIDIA YOU ADD as many apps you need and plays Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos? Does even have Dolby Atmos codec.
When will service be coming back online? Service went out earlier today in NY and NJ for me so I'm thinking their is some type of outage on servers?

Well I had my own Android box. I did all of the programming and bought a monthly subscription with lots of channels. Then that service stopped working. They had to change portal for some reason. Try as I might, I could not get the new portal to connect and get the service back. Only lost the last month's $8 fee but with this box I don't have to do anything if they change portals. I don't have time to spend my weekends fiddle farting around programming a box.
