How are the east suburban towns of Multnomah including Gresham doing?
How would you explain 97223, northern Tigard, being down 5%, but 97224, southern Tigard, being up 10%?

Maybe. I was wondering if it might also be a 'product mix' issue, like perhaps a lot of new nice-but-cheaper-than-a-house condos/townhomes near downtown Tigard / Tigard triangle moved the average price down. @@abelcompany1556
Large area with a variety of homes and small sample size due to low transactions. A variety of factors such as more expensive homes being sold in the previous year.
I've been waiting for the bubble to pop so I can purchase a home, waiting until early 2025, will be saving more than ever this year.

There is no bubble, last crash was because they just gave loans to anybody. Now everyone has to qualify.
Don't try to time the market, just buy when you can afford to.

waiting for "the bubble" to pop is never a good strategy. Interest rates however, that's another matter.
