Just done this one for the first time Mike. Thoroughly enjoyed it. I love using the weights. I had to adapt the arms going forward. I have some impingement in my right shoulder, so I just moved the left. I was fine with all the other movements. Hoping my arm muscles will strengthen to help the shoulder.
Just want to add that I love all the other videos as well . The variety of movement and time is brilliant. Thankyou again for all your hard work. You're a gem.
This has become our go to exercise. With built in warm up and lasting 35 minutes it is just the right length. Increasing weights is a great variation too. More like this would be greatly appreciated.

I really enjoyed this video. As I have 1 60 lb. goldendoodle, I walk two to three miles a day. Almost a year ago, she knocked me down on my right shoulder and I've had quite of bit of trouble with it. I mainly started using this site for my husband who has chronic kidney disease and thought this would help him. He's done a couple of videos, but I'm really getting alot of use out of it. I quit doing the weights I was doing and just focused on walking and helping my husband. I am very impressed with your videos. I am 72 1/2 and live in Zumbrota, Minnesota. Thank you so much.
I'm amazed! I have been trying to find a way to exercise regularly without a lot of extra equipment; I can do these without leaving the house, and with just a pair of simple weights. The leader's encouraging narrative helps me keep going. I am not especially physically fit, though healthy, and at the end of the workout I know I have stretched a bit, but am by no means tired out. I look forward to using this regularly. THANK YOU from a recently retired 68-year-old!
Magnificent! Love also the gentle warm-up and relaxations at the end: I feel I’m in safe hands. I’d love more 40 minute weights/resistance bands exercises

Really excellent, coming off hernia surgery...did 3 lbs, dropped to 1 lb for some of the exercises...Thanks so much!!!!! My legs have been so tight since I couldn't work out 2.5 months BEFORE surgery. Will work up slowly, this is a great full body workout. Seems to have a bit of HITT snuck in there...work up to your seated HITT in the future. Will try it 2-3 times a week. Already do you Stairs workout...some of the exercises at the stop are familiar but new ones, too. The stairs workout is helping me a lot since I have no stairs in the house and really need to be able to move smoothly!
WOW this was the first time I have done this particular video. What a blast for this arthritic body but have to admit i did enjoy pretty much all of it HAHA. Thank you Mike. My 94 year old mom and I just finished this work out with relative ease having worked our way up through other of your videos. Mom is using filled water bottles and I have 5 pound weights. We love to do your work outs together and feel great the rest of the day. Bravo

I also love this exercise session! I have osteoarthritis, osteopenia, and other issues, and all of your routines are wonderful! Thank you ! I am glad I found them, after turning my ankle in November, and wearing a walking boot for 8 weeks, I needed to be exercising and my neighbor suggested chair exercises, and there you were!!!

I would like to see more intermediate videos that are in the 35 to 40 minutes. There are excellent. I am new to utube since pandemic. I would like to see more bicep and triceps segments. At 89 I am still very active.
Still doing this workout. I only use 2 lbs dumbells but it kicks me. Sometimes I only use 1 lbs dumbbells. I love how you warm up and stretch at the end. I feel stress free when I'm done. Thank you!
Best yet! Thoroughly enjoyed the exercise! I don’t have a chair with arms but would like more full workout including core. I’m fused L2-5 and want to keep my core STRONG. I love your workouts more than any I’ve tried. Especially like the way you break up the exercises to focus on, say, legs or arms. I t has me doing more of each workout without getting tired in one area. I’m 74 and want to keep strong. Thanks so much Mike! The intermediate was fairly easy to keep up with. Maybe some stretches? My husband and I were lamenting how sedentary we've become since COVID and our noticeable deterioration in fitness, made more difficult by some mobility issues. Really appreciate these videos, and being able to do the seated routines. Thanks!

This is great! I've been following your channel for almost a year now, putting together several of the shorter videos to make 30 minutes that I would do every other day with a rest day in between. I've seen a great deal of improvement in strength, balance, core, and posture. I really like the longer video, not having to stop and start and getting it all done at once. I felt really good after I finished this one, thank you!

I switched from using jars filled with condiments to actual 5 Lb weights and I noticed a big difference.
