My husband and I have been doing the workout for seniors, he's 86 and I 76 and find it very beneficial. We are getting used to your accent, we live in Canada! Thank you!
that was the first time I have been tired from one of your sessions . it was excellent. must repeat daily when I return rom swimming.have been lucky that our pool is open with covid restrictions. I'm 84 and hope to keep going for a long time.thanks.
True confession: I am only now getting back to these systematic exercises. Too much 'weather' here (Washington state, USA) has distracted me from caring for myself. That said, this system felt sooo good! I learned exactly what I can work on, by paying attention to my breathing & heartbeat = glutes need attention. LOVE the band. I will practice how to make that tidy 'knot' at a separate time. Thank you, Mike, for this particular session. A good idea for me to think how I will 'use' my stronger muscles around here.
That is ok Rebecca. We all take time away at certain times, the main thing is to get back into the swing of things when you can. Keep up the great work!
Hey Everybody, I sure enjoyed this longer combination endurance workout. Upper- body really no effort whatsoever, but nothing is perfect when you are 77, so lower-body endurance was hard toil, but I managed to follow the whole sequence. Thanks Mike, you are great!
Your video on improving with the stairs has changed my life after about 5 sessions! I can now go down the few shallow stairs in my yard almost sprinting! So, now onto MORE! At 71+ it's time to stop hurting myself with inappropriate exercises and do it YOUR way! Thanks so much!! I don't have a chair with so arms I'll improvise with those...(weights/triceps)
Hi Mike, this session is a bit strong but I already did it last week and I repeat, with 60 minutes of Full Body sitting !! It didn't seem as harsh to me as it did last week. I am following my plan and I end with meditation !! Here it is all day raining and I couldn't go out for a walk! Have a good weekend everyone !! 😅😅

Great workout Mike thank you. Funnily enough I find the squats with resistance band more comfortable than without. Doing 20 odd squats without the band I start to feel a pinching in my right groin.
I love working for functional purposes. Finding you was a Godsend for me. I haven’t been able to stand on my toes in two years bc of my ankle fracture and today I did it! 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Hi Mike, I am on leave from work for a couple of months, I want to continued being active, it is autumn here in Canada, so I want to walk inside my house, so what do you recommend, to do this stretching first and then walk at home, or walk and do stretching? Thanks

I wasn't keen on the middle of the video hair style,🤣 I enjoyed the exercises, must try to find a different chair from somewhere, my hands don´t like the hard wood on the edge of this chair.

haha yeah sometimes my hair just grows real fast during exercises! 😉 ..Part of this video was when I couldn't get my hair cut during lockdowns, so probably won't get this long again.
