I’ve been looking for something just like this. My mobility has decreased over the last year because of lockdowns (UK). I have OA and I know I’ve sat around far too much during the pandemic. I haven’t been able to get to the gym and my fitness levels have plummeted. This seems perfect, a full body workout which I can do in the morning as a platform for building on. Thank you 🙏

I am 63 yrs old and have sat around since March 13 2020 when we stopped working in public schools in Michigan...then I retired! I am soft and weak in every way, and have always relied on the busy lifestyle of a band director to get by. I've slowly been working my way back, with your help! I started out a couple weeks ago with just the simple short ones...this is my first venture on this long one. I really have a long way to go, but I feel good about the direction this is taking me...Thank You!!!

This is a public Thank you to you Mike and to this program. BC, (before Covid) my wife and I, now 82, were doing a decent job of going to the YMCA and keeping up with their Silver Sneakers program. AC we found ourselves at home and quickly losing our ability and desire for exercise. Surfing Ytube I found various nice exercise programs for seniors BUT when we found yours, we knew we were where we needed to be. So again, thank you, this program is excellent and you do an excellent job of working with us. Keep it up.

I've tried several different videos for older beginners and I must say this is the channel for me. The exercises move just fast enough so you don't get bored with repetition and easy enough to incorporate throughout the day. Thank you so much -- after 3 weeks I already feel more fexible and balanced!

Hey Everyone, I've been exercising with Mike since March 2020, practically everyday! and it has been life changing or should I say "muscle changing" - I did his "Ultimate..." adding weights to some of the exercises to make it more challenging! I recommend "Ultimate" to all beginners, you won´t repent.

I loved this video. For those who tend to get lost on rights and lefts, Mike solves that problem by simple referring to one side then the other, or one leg then the other. Keeps me from tensing up trying to remember right or left. I love the length. Can work all parts, along with a warm up and cool down/ stretch. It is an empowered feeling to be able to do almost an hour. Sometimes I don’t get all the reps, but I get what I can do. Something is better than nothing.

i can’t believe how much better my body feels after doing these exercises. thank you for helping me regain mobility and strength!
I just found your channel. Thank you! My wife had a stroke on the Scottish island of Iona. An NHS helicopter lifted her to a nearby hospital in Oban, just in time for thrombosis (blood clot thinning).
We remained in Scotland, hospitalized for five weeks, getting her fit for travel back to the US. We’ve been back for two weeks and are still fighting with insurance, a Medicare replacement plan, for approach physical therapy. We have had to search out programs for home until we get her accepted in an outpatient program.
Together, we went through this video, and found a great level for her beginnings. She’s a healthy 65 year old and is eager to participate in more of your videos. 🙏🏽
I’ll check your resources to see if you offer material for stroke. Her right limbs are affected and her speech (slightly).

You did it again, Mike! Imaginative whole body combo. The warm-up more broadly covered the ensuing full exercises. The change in the neck exercise patterns was novel. Your "I don't know" shoulder shrug comment brought on giggles. I did the hand flips and wrist bends with weights, as well as the upper body section. I'm working through a soft tissue knee flare-up right now, so the sitting hip "Os" and abductions were a welcomed change. At the end my entire body was buzzing. This one's a great thorough addition to my sitting exercise arsenal when I'm tired, feeling lazy (!), or going through pain. HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY from New Jersey, U.S.!

Hi, this is my first time responding but I have to say how helpful your videos have been for me being that I have had three major surgeries within the past year and a half and need to start very slowly getting back to some exercise routine.
I have bad two hip replacements and a laminectomy with an L4&5 fusion . My surgeries went very well but of course my muscles were weak from not exercising much during there’s months of recovery.
I started doing your exercises and find that my muscles seem to be getting stronger and fine you so encouraging just want to say thank you.5

Who would have thought this would be the best workout from a chair. There was a focus on every body part with constant reminders to keep that posture upright and shoulders back. My new favorite morning workout. Thank you!

First Tmer. Whole Video too! Fabulous for me.-73, not athletic, but “used to” walk every day-broke my Leg/they say hip b/c so far up- September - have bars screws wires full length of femor trochanter to knee. Now trying cane-and have plethora of personal issues (asthma /depression) that are killing me…. Your class was something doable. I’ll try again. I haven’t deep cleaned my place in 5 months. Cant get the energy. Hoping this won’t put me in a “broken-again” situation. If you have specific exercises to use ALL the gluts and leg muscles -specific to my injury, ill be watching for them. Bravo! Thank you. Stay healthy.

Thanks Mike, another wonderful workout. I'm glad you're doing longer ones. There are days when I have plenty of time and enthusiasm for exercise, but less oomph or strength. This workout was perfect today because it was very manageable yet challenging, and covered the whole body, but none of it felt overwhelming.

I have subscribed , at the same time can't tick like on our theatre TV, which is where I do your exercise, I have now been doing them for nearly two weeks, the difference. I have already started toning up. Also have a bad back, once I saw your exercise's help strengthen the core of the stomach which in turn strengthen the back plus your being a physiotherapist I was sold. I have been having physio, plus acupuncture with my physiotherapist. My back is the best it's been, your exercise's have made me feel whole again, plus how they make me feel invigorated. I am so glad I found you.
