I have a question, is the massage mechanism in the Wholebody 8.0 the same (or at least very similar) to the Human Touch ZeroG 5.0? I ask because we tried the ZeroG 5.0 and loved it, but that model doesn't seem to be available anymore, so I was wondering if this was more or less an updated version of that chair.
The roller mechanisms aren't the same, but I am waiting for more information from Human Touch as to the primary differences. The roller mech in the ZeroG 5.0 is a bit more sophisticated and smoother. That's about all I've got so far. Any further information, I'll post here.

how would you say the super novo stacks up against infinity evolution 4d
Both chairs are made in the same factory, so the quality of both is very good. The Super Novo has a stronger overall roller massage and is considered a 3D chair. The Evolution Max (or Genesis Max 4D - they are the exact same chair, at the same price, but the Evolution is sold at Costco only, while the Genesis Max is sold in all other retailer outlets) has a quieter massage and includes calf rollers and kneading calf airbags, which the Super Novo does not have. The Super Novo has an Alexa adapter to allow the use of that technology to operate your chair. Those are the primary differences that come to my mind right off the bat.

flex glide is noisy is it suppose to be?
My experience of that technology is that it should be pretty quiet. I would reach out to Human Touch and ask them to troubleshoot any potential problems.

I love Human Touch chairs. Not to be mean, but this video is VERY hard to watch. Camera shaky, inappropriate zooming.
Agreed. I made due with what we had. Sorry about that. It can be annoying.
