Always truly enjoy your videos. How would you compare this chair to the Infinity luminary on a scale one/10? The luminary have all the features one will need, especially if they are visually impaired / partially Blind, those coping with Arthritis, those coping with being deaf / hard of hearing and some that have certain type of mobility skills

Thanks, Kody. They are both split tracks. The Luminary has 4 rollers on the bottom and 2 on the top, while the X has 4 and 4. The X has the opening arm rests to allow easier access to the chair. The X also has the interchangeable colored pads and side panels. When we get the X we'll know more about it, so far as it compares to other split track chairs. Regarding the X catering to disabilities, like the Luminary, I don't know yet. That is a great question, though. I can keep you posted about that.

In your opinion, what is the absolute best massage chair available in existence (or coming out soon) regardless of price, and why?

    • @massagechairrelief

Thanks for your inquiry. A very hard question to answer! So many great premium chairs on the market right now with similar quality. The top selling chairs at this time, at our stores, are the Luraco i9 Max Special Edition and the Daiwa Supreme Hybrid. Are they the best on the market? I wish I could say. It used to be easier to point to one model that was the best, but so many more have come to the market in recent years, many of which are made in great factories with quality components. The Japanese chairs are known for better testing protocols, so they would more than likely have lower failure rates, but some of them lack in feature innovations, like arm rollers and split-track technology, that the Chinese factories have come out with. The American-made Luraco chairs come with quality components, a great feature-set, and US-design & build. I know I'm not answering your question the way you wanted, but in today's massage chair market, there are too many great choices, for various reasons.

@@massagechairrelief thank you for your response! If I may rephrase my question...which chair the best in the market in terms of what is the most premium, with the most bells and whistles/most feature rich, or that you feel gives the best massage possible, regardless of price?

@@zad3584 All that considered, I would say the Luraco i9 Max Special Edition, if I had to pick just one.

I have owned a super novo since September. How can I move up to the new super Novo?

David, I'd hang on to it for a while yet. The X won't be available until at least the end of this quarter and glitches can happen with new models. The 2.0 is here now, but keeping your Super Novo would be prudent at this point. The feature differences may not justify the swap at this point. The X will be priced at $14,999. The 2.0 is currently priced at $10,999.

@@massagechairrelief Thank you Alan. I am thinking of the future. Do you have any showrooms on the east coast? The thing about my super novo I dislike is the corded remote that doesn’t light up so I am unable to see it in the darkened room in the evening. The other things I would like is a split track and rollers for my arms and legs. Anything on the market that meets those needs? That being said I love my massage chair and like she said at the CES show, in the beginning I needed the pad for a soft massage and presently I am up to level 3 desiring a much stronger, deeper massage.

@@rOHRshackartpottery I wish I had a store in the East. All of mine are in the west. I didn't see if the new remote is backlit or an LED screen. Good point! More and more split tracks are coming out. Tru Massage Chairs announced this morning on my Live Stream that they will have one soon, too. They are all the rage right now.
