What do I like about golf?
The uncertainty involved in the result on any day.
The different styles of the players. Some are artists some are technicians others rely on brute strength and on any given weekend a complete outsider or even an amateur can beat the pros.
Another thing I like is that the game is played on different courses requiring different skill sets.
The best thing though is the enjoyment I get from playing the game.

I wonder... Would a tour player, in any given year, prefer to end the year as the #1 player in the world; or as the Open Champion, or Masters, etc.
