The update thing, is it the app updating or the laptop? That looks like a windows laptop I use for a lighting program that updates constantly that does the same thing. Just want to clarify. Thanks.
Biscuit TMFS the updates I’ve had come in were for the photobooth system. I just make sure to update everything the day before the event. I also separately get a notification that the image can not be sent to the printer but it does and that is also the program.

First check software. Second check printer setup option “multi cut “
