    Common Question I receive:
    Q: How do you take bookings?
    A: I am a Check Cherry photo booth booking software user and a Booqable software user. (They’re my secret weapons for taking bookings)
    For photo booths, DJ’s and photographers I recommend checking out 🍒 Check Cherry 🍒 .

    Awesome video! I am using the Maxx Design photo booth. It takes me 10 minutes to set up. I have the iPad, DSLR, and printer. I carry everything in one bag. The new DNP QW410 is less than 18 lbs. It's lightweight and easy to use. Great video!

    Very nice Video!
    What setting on the camera do you use? I struggle with the pre-view in the different modes.
    Cheers,

    Hi I have a question, What type of paper do you use with your DNP RX1HD printer. Is it a plain glossy 4 x 6 or the breakaway 4 x 6.
    I’m currently using the breakaway 4 x 6 and I’m having problems my print is going across the breakaway what do you suggest thanks

    More Photo booth videos!!!!
    I recently did 2 photo Booth gigs for a camp.
    one was outside and in sun light. ( had to be close to an outlet )
    My computer over heated at least 4 times during that time.
    Then I had to relocate inside which wasn't easy as I have a open layout and no booth.
    Then my computer kept giving me "printer error" so I couldn't continue printing.
    I use a Canon Selphy and it takes roughly 40 seconds for 1 print. And most are group photo. Any suggestions about people waiting for prints?

    • @therentalguy
      @therentalguy  Před 3 lety +1

      Make sure to have a tent over you booth in the heat. While people are waiting for prints send emails and text message copies of the pictures to them.

      @@therentalguy A tent is what I would need. Soon I will have some guy help me build a booth as I don't have much wood working knowledge.
      What would be a good tent size? That is budget friendly.

    One thing I realized back in 2018, I would not invest or purchase another Windows PC. I love using the iPad, DSLR, any photo booth app, and a printer. It's is so easy and you don't have to worry about those WINDOWS UPDATES (IN THE MIDDLE OF AN EVENT)! LOL!!

    • @therentalguy
      @therentalguy  Před 2 lety

      You can set your computer to not auto update. However I to like surface pros!

      The camera is set to manual focus. DSL our booth has a wizard within its program to simplify the programming of the camera within manual focus.

    Want to go the dslr route instead of using the iPad but I am nervous about the technical problems as I am a beginner, how has this set up been working for you?

    • @therentalguy
      @therentalguy  Před 2 lety

      If you’re not looking for problems go iPad. The more pieces you put together the more potential problems. However you will learn to diffuse problems quickly. And DSLR cameras have way better quality!

    • @jackies35
      @jackies35 Před 2 lety

      When you set up your photo booth at home, test all settings on the printer. You want the best 100% quality. You will know which setting is the best. Each event is different and the lighting is different.
