    I'm in maintenance right now but I'm planning on losing a few more lbs in the future. It can be tricky if you haven't broken all the old habits that got you fat in the first place.

    Unfortunately I have to lose 35kgs/70 ibs more I've already lost 20kgs/40ibs (doctors orders). My weight and measurements have stalled I lift 2-3 times a week, and eat 1300-1400 calories a day. I do have pcos so I need to eat 200-400 less than average women. And started Moderate cardio (fast walking) for 30 minutes recently. Which I thought would shift some weight/measurements. Without dropping calories lower.
    I haven't lose any strength, it's increased.
    If I add some calories, do I than reduce agian? And go back and fourth?

    sir i did a bulk and i was 70kg and i lose it to 59kg with a 1000 caloric deficit, and i cant lose weight anymore, will I get fat If i eat my maintainence and I have a good musscle mass too pls reply

    Isn’t that where ketosis comes in?
    If you are in ketosis, then you are losing weight, aren’t you?
