Fantastic!!! I see y'all got the Idaho Pasture Pigs great move
This was 2 years ago, we have Tamworths now
How fun! And delicious!
They are being terrible... routing 😭 but still cute just might make it easier to turn into bacon after all 😂
Great video
Cute little piggies. Yes I too saw this breed on Kevin and Sarah's channel. A lot of people are raising pigs this year because of the projected meat shortage. Lumnah Acres has two which they do every year for their meat....and Just about all the NC you tubers with the exception of Art & Bri are also raising pigs. Good luck with your two, it will be fun to watch them grow. Have a Blessed day.
We raise them every other year
Sooo cute
OMG! My daughter just got 4 of these pigs from the same couple! They had the best experience with them also.
Aaawwwww so cute
So cute!! Congratulations on the new additions! Barbe-Que! LOL😄
Bless my heart, that's gonna be a hard day
Oh my. So sweet. Putting these on my list for "some day." 💗
This one is going to be tough to send to freezer camp 😭
Awe!!! That's so exciting! I love Kevin and Sarah's channel!
They are adorable!! I just love pigs. To me they are the happiest animals on the farm. They are always so responsive to love and affection. That's what makes them taste so good too.
The piggies are cute, but I think you’re way cuter with your love for your little girls!
Lol
Lol I see you having baby pigs as a normal. They're too cute!!!
i felt your joy through this video... i hope you enjoy watching them grow. Happy Homesteading
The way you are talking to them I have a feeling they will not be turning into bacon...lol 😊
Lol, I just hope the end up ticking me off before D-day
I miss you and the pigs a lot T T
Miss you too, we will get to share so many experiences through our CZcams channels
Oh Rachel, your in trouble!!! It’s Food Rachel, it’s food Rachel , keep repeating!!! They are precious tho!!!!
Sure are
Totally appreciate the info on where you scored these cuties! You two are awesome!
So freakin’ cute! Idaho Pasture pigs are very popular now. I’m in love 💖 Catherine from Canada 🇨🇦
They are soooooo cute 😍. I just got 3 "berkshires". My gut says they aren't full Berkshire but that is what the seller was listing them as, either way they are adorable and I watch them for hours 🥰
No words were needed, just the love on your face and watching, plus petting them. Piggies are always so cute. Great.
I always love how you get so excited about things on the homestead.
Congrats on the pigs. They are so cute. Will you be posting a video on Dan's send off?
No, she left a week ago and it was too emotional of a day
@@1870s Awww, I bet it was....
Oh my they are gorgeous. I dont know how you can eat them. I never could. I'd keep them as pets. X
Home grown pork is the best. Piggies were so cute. Are you going to get IPP's next time you raise some?
Definitely
They are such cuties. Thrilled for you. Will be so much fun to watch them.
Thank you so much for sharing!!!!
You are very welcome, my pleasure as you can see
Exciting! They are pretty darn cute, but also bacon
Oh !!!! they are the cutest little pigs ever- I love their names & can't wait to follow their progress with you guys. No wonder you are sooooo excited. Cheers Denise - Australia
So cute
We are raising 2 Idaho pasture pig for meat this year and a trial to see if we could get a breeding pair for the future! We have falling in love with this breed .
Hello AWESOME this is going to be great to follow along. Even though we know the end process and the purpose it is going to be great to see how they grow. Thank you for sharing, God bless stay safe and have a wonderful day
I would have to continually tell myself they are food. I love fat rolly polly baby critters. Good luck.
Congratulations. They look awesome. Looking forward to seeing them grow.
Those will be some very happy pigs with that grass field!
OHHHHHHHH how adorable your girls are!!!
They sure are
They are absolutely adorable!❤️❤️
Enjoyed seeing your piggies!!! Best wishes to you folks on raising them!!! Have a great day!!!
Thank you, we look forward to sharing more
So so cute!
I love the video ! The love you show them is beautiful! Congrats !!
They are so darn cute I want pigs sooooooo bad. Just don’t have woods ready yet.
Love the names!
Hopefully I can do it
Once we move I would love to raise breed.
Awesome so cute!
Do you butcher them yourselves?
Oh, gosh! No offense to you, but I just couldn’t bring home an animal that was going to end up being dinner . I’d get attached and they’d live a very long, happy life 😂
Cutie's..lol..
Rachel, you’re a goner!! 😂
I am
I'm betting they will end up as pets. You will end up buying bacon on store I bet! LOL
Nah. They're cute little girls, but pigs as pets would be expensive. They're for food only
It’s breaks my heart to hear someone convince themselves out loud not to love a creature because they know they intend to harm them later.
I wasn't convincing myself not to live them as you can see I do very much. Reminding myself why I'm raising them is very important
All those that seem to have your point of view usually are quick to judge those who choose to provide meat and vegetables for themselves. Meanwhile those like you have no problem with shipping an avocado 2000 miles or drinking soy milk that's been through heavy mechanical processes to be produced.
Way to Cute. I think Justin Rhodes has same kind. That is where I learned about them. His may be all Pasture Pigs not sure. Maybe you should keep one of the Girls and get her a Boyfriend. Then you could raise your own. That way you'd have petting pigs lol. Enjoy Peace Be With You Both ☮️
I should, lol
Shame you couldn't breed your own and keep the girls and get a male x
We ONLY adore God, not earthly things.
The Bible actually says we only idolize God, to idolize and adore are two very different things. God himself adored the creatures of the earth
I have watched Kevin and Sarah's channel. However when he shot those pigs and drained them, could not, could not again watch the channel. I guess i would eat veggies and eggs only. Could not bond with an animal like you're doing and then know I was putting her into my mouth. I know, I know, what everyone is going to say to me. I know. Still I would have to distance myself completely to even think about it. I remember one channel where a gal had a goat. Was supposed to be killed for food. She could not bring herself to do it as it became more like a pet. . I guess her followers got to her and said she bought it for food now she needed to do it. I remember her saying the poor things trembled all the way. Stopped watching that one. Sigh . . . .
I'm sorry in advance if we loose you, but we have chosen this lifestyle to raise our own food. To give them a superior life than anything you would ever find at the grocery. Knowing where you food comes from and being responsible for how it is raised and taking its life humanely is s huge responsibility that we do not take lightly. But I wouldn't change a thing, if my heart breaks a bit through the process then I'm doing it right
