Just watched SmallAnt's video and just finished yours! Absolutely incredible!! And also I think the duplicating of items is def valid bc you could argue that it IS possible to collect all those materials, but it would just be time consuming and not entertaining to watch. But also I loved to see that it was possible to defeat Ganondorf without needing to cage him up, loved this video! And shoutout to having the will to keep going after dying each time at the end, that would have broke me 😨

You can't collect more than a handful of fairies before the game stops spawning them entirely. So if you're duping those, it's cheating

Also, its nice when streamers play something different. The burn out of playing the same darn stuff over and over is very real. I feel so bad for streamers sometimes, they get kinda cornered into playing the same game because its all their audience wants and they risk losing said audience, if they don't.

Yeah I won't lie I'm a bit stressed about changing it up like this, but at the same time the end goal is to just play games and have fun, and so if I'm not having fun why bother lol

Just to let you know, on the queen gibdo fight you can actually break the pillars with the gems, they're just invincible until they're actively dropping more gibdos.

I don’t mind the duping glitches, you could have, with a LOT of pointless grinding, gotten them legit, and there wasn’t any *challenge* in grinding them, just time and hand strain.

You know, you spent all that time getting the earthwave technique... if you'd beaten a few more Yiga you could have gotten the lightning helm. That would have made you immune to lightning damage.
Wearing that, you can throw a topaz at your feet and take no damage.

why are you use zonai devices
I used zonai devices that weren't specifically a weapon, like the bomb, cannon, flame emitter, etc.
you use spikes on marbled Gohma
Not only did that deal no damage, but that wasn't even the attempt that beat the boss rush lol, Gohma died from me recalling the rocks over and over. The next few attempts that failed cut out a lot of the repeated boss fight stuff since it was just a bit tedious, but you could watch the full VOD if you want

What is even the point of doing a challenge then? You have infinite gems which are arguably more powerful than regular swords/weapons. If you had only gone with the ones you picked up organically that is one thing but glitching them defeats the entire purpose.
Your argument was that it was going to take a long time, but isn't that the entire point of a challenge?
Not only is it the most boring thing ever to just wait, it's especially boring for any viewers watching. For a YT video, sure yeah you can just cut it out, but I'd rather do anything else than just sit there waiting in game because it's not like I can really do something else while waiting for stuff. Also the point of the challenge run is more do it without weapons, and if I didn't end up duplicating stuff it would have turned more into a "I farmed loot for hundreds of hours in totk" video, which is definitely an idea, but I just don't want to spend time doing that as it wasn't fun for me. The Zonai only run I did more recently didn't use any glitches so you can watch that if you want a more authentic experience, which cuts out 99% of the grinding for materials since it was a bit tedious
