This video contains gameplay from The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom for the Nintendo Switch in HD. Today I live commentate while going directly to the final boss Ganondorf! This is my first time playing TotK and I decided to go straight to Ganon just like I did in Breath of the Wild. I just got off the Great Sky Island, but first I gotta talk to Purah to get the paraglider. From exploring Hyrule Castle and the depths to fighting Lynels and Gloom Hands! These are some of the best and funniest moments I had going straight to Ganon. Hope you enjoy!

I did all the main quests, beat Ganondorf, played 105 hours according to the Switch
This video is how I learned I can activate Fuse and then use the materials menu to Fuse materials to Swords. I spent the entire 105 hours pausing, holding the item I want, dropping it, and then activating Fuse.
I am *_SO SALTY_* right now
200 hours later, I just learned this. Three weeks of doing that exact thing.

What's so funny is how many basic things you might not learn in this game.
I only got the paraglider after about ten hours, maybe more.
oh lol honestly i didn't remember myself doing that in the video so I had to check. But you still have to drop the item you want to fuse with on the ground first. I think it may have looked like I didn't drop it because I cut that part out. Would be nice if you didn't have to drop it honestly. But you can drop straight from the item menu and skip the part where you hold it

Cool tip:If you fuse a regular keese eyeball to your arrow and point it somewhere close to the enemy it will curve and hit the enemy.

@@lazdahuman You use durability to break rocks with a sword. He used fancy sword instead of bad sword to break rocks. Wasted durability on fancy sword.
For the "Re-Dead"'s defence, those were actually Gibdos (Mummies of a forgotten time which are NOT known to grab and suck people's life). They are weak to fire and electricity however.

I was expecting the title to say 3 hearts but then I remembered, the horned statue doesn’t unlock until you do 1 part of Regional Phenomena

A weapon with a rock fused to it also works to break the walls by the way

“WHAT AM I PLAYING A HORROR GAME?” When he said I died laughing because I remember the first time that happened to me it was when I tried to get the hylian shield from the location where I got it in botw and they appeared I was terrified
This happened to me in BotW😅
I beat the first 2 beasts and was like I'll just snag the shield and bounce.
Obviously, I took the wrong path since I ended up fighting a blight.
I was like I'll just fight this and move on.
After I won, the floor opened up and I fell into the pit where Ganon was.
I was like, okay, I'll just die and move on but I'll give it my all.
I used every single weapon and healing item I had and won with like a half a heart left...
The credits rolled and I had no drive to continue...
To this day I've still never seen Gerudo or Rito, lol.

Those aren't re-deads, they're gibdos. They're vulnerable to all elements, like they always have been in the series.

fun fact link does in fact talk, he just chooses not to a lot because he is the one trying to carry the burden of everyones worries, i believe you can read this in one of zeldas notes in botw or a scene i cant remember its been a long time (edit it is a zelda diary, she asks why he doesnt speak much and he doesnt say anything at first but then explains it)

I was goin to try this now. It'll be one heck of a challenge fighting those armies and those bosses before ganondorf. Not to mention if you didn't have the master sword, you'd probably just tickles him with damage.

Go down the well and read the book there.

I tried this recently but farmed some good weaponry & bananas first. I used up two mighty lynel bows, four savage bows, almost thirty bombs,* even more fire fruit, a few rubies, 15 chuchu jellies, and a bucket load of arrows. The last stage of Ganondorf destroyed all but one of my four shields.
At least I had an excess of lynel horn weapons.
*That one boss takes chip damage when it's not knocked back into the wall.
Good news is that most of the bosses don't do gloom damage, and have anti-one hit built in for people with a full four hearts.
Nice! Yeah I'll give this challenge another go one day. First I gotta beat the game normally 😂

best weapon is a silver lynel saber horn fused to literally any gerudo weapon, but the weapon you used was very strong

@@247MrNiceguy nope, the strongest weapon in the game by far (without gear sets and food buffs) is the saber horn from silver lynels fused to a Scimitar of the Seven. A whopping 138 weapon damage for a one-handed sword.

Heyyyyyyy, so you can get foo that recovers gloom hearts I have on accident. You can also throw anything but holding L the press the up arrow. Just a tip that I used with little hearts (also I would like to know why i have the member options because I'm not a member according to google play subscriptions and you tube)

This boss rush is straight up hell especially with the 4th boss
yeah it was really tough. Much harder than Straight to Ganon in BotW
It was not easy in BotW either. Before you can even reach the castle there are Guardians that can one shot you. Then the castle itself is full of all kinds of guardians aiming you with their lasers at the same time. If you get on the top you need to defeat all 4 blight bosses before the final boss. Which is almost impossible with crappy gear and you have so little space for weapons (because no korok seeds) they all break before you can reach the final boss leaving you no option but to die, because you can't fight without weapons.
the boss rush is definitely WAY harder then BOTW’s, with 6 bosses and a demon kings army fight with 4 waves its a pain being unprepared for it.

Idk if you’ll try this again, but you made it to the first of the 6 bosses in the boss rush. The final boss is not one of those bosses. You at least get a soft save before the final boss
I'll def try it again after I beat the game normally first haha. But yeah I assumed they were the dungeon bosses you had to defeat first, just like in BotW

@@247MrNiceguy thanks I’m hoping so too because I want to know what happens after he’s defeated. I’ve played and completed multiple zelda games but this is by far the most insane one! So many enemies to fight before you even get to ganon! People wanted a dark zelda, this is the darkest zelda I’ve played. Even scarier than the well in kakariko village oot
