This would be great for all of the people who are allergic to beans and soy.
I really hope this company can get the capital they need to expand, I live in the Uk and would definitely buy it. We have been on a WFPB diet for 3 months my husbands kidney problem is now stable which means that his heart failure drugs can be increased, being on this eating plan has allowed the cardiologist to increase his meds to medium level and they are now planning to put his meds up to the highest dose. He hasn’t been able to do this previously due to kidney function, so we are thrilled. Plus I lost 2 stone 5lbs in 3 months, we are really enjoying this way and have had no cravings

I hope you get enough investors and are able to sell to places who will create non saturated fat products! Perhaps someone like Bill Gates, who is supporting research to prevent Alzheimer's, would be interested in investing in a whole food plant based product.
