Making and eating cabbage omelets with potatoes/Diet recipes / potato cabbage pancakes/potato dishes

  • Hello, I'm saegon, and I'm into potato chips these days.
    I tried cooking potatoes to reduce the amount.
    You can't keep up with the crispness of the potato chips, but it's successful because it's seasoned properly.
    Omelette is a dish made by wrapping eggs in ingredients and making them crispy using potatoes.
    After making it, it's more like okonomiyaki than omelet.
    It was crispy and savory. That was really good.
    Don't worry about eating potatoes because eating them in moderation isn't bad for your diet.
    Ingredients...
    - One potato.
    - a handful of cabbage
    - bacon
    - One egg.
    - Half a spoon of oyster sauce.
    - Diet mayonnaise.
    · a small amount of vinegar (for cleaning cabbage)
    - It's like bonito.
    - Salt, pepper, parsley.
    Recipe
    1. Peel and slice potatoes.
    2. Grind the potatoes finely and drain them on a sieve.
    3. In the meantime, slice the cabbage thinly and rinse it with vinegar.
    4. Make sure starch is ground by potato water and pour water.
    5. Mix potato starch and drained potato ingredients.
    6. Heat the pan over medium heat, oil it, spread the potato batter thinly, and bake it.
    7. Turn the potato batter upside down, add cabbage, season with salt and pepper, fold it, and wrap the cabbage.
    8. Grill the meat and eggs you want to eat so that they don't splatter.
    9. Put half a spoon of oyster sauce in a baked omelet, sprinkle mayonnaise, and add eggs.
    10. Finish with bonito and parsley. Enjoy your meal!
    So that you can eat slowly and without yo-yo for a long time.
    I won't prohibit the sauce.
