  • Hello, the weather is so warm!
    I haven't kept my promise with myself lately, so I'm preparing to do a VLOG to keep it even if it's forced. How are you guys doing?
    I bought a whole cabbage and I've been eating it little by little, and I brought the recipe for cabbage rice that I made the most!
    I think it's a very simple and delicious diet.
    Instead of garlic, it smells good even if you make oil with green onions smell good.
    Make sure to take a look at the simple recipe and have a delicious meal and a happy weekend!
    Material
    a handful of cabbage
    - 2 chili peppers
    -A little bit of onion.
    - A little bacon (chicken breast, tuna can, etc.)
    =Two grains of garlic
    - 1 egg
    -100g of brown rice
    -Half spoon of oyster sauce, half spoon of soy sauce, half spoon of allulose (allulose omitted)
    - As much as you like, bonito, a little bit of parsley.
    Recipe
    1. Cut cabbage into bite-size pieces, soak it in vinegar, and wash it.
    2. Chop onions, chili peppers, and bacon into bite-size pieces.
    3. Chop two grains of garlic into small pieces.
    4. On a medium heat pan, add olive oil, garlic, and add flavor.
    5. Add sliced onions and bacon and stir for a while.
    6. Add the washed cabbage and stir-fry until the ingredients are cooked.
    7. Add chili peppers and add a spicy scent.
    8. Add half a spoon of oyster sauce, half a spoon of soy sauce, and half a spoon of allulose and stir-fry until the sauce seeps in.
    9. Make a space for eggs in the middle of the ingredients and add eggs.
    10. Close the lid and when the egg is cooked, put it on brown rice, add bonito, parsley, etc. and enjoy it!
    The Saegon diet is on a non-refined low-carb diet!
    So that you can eat slowly and without yo-yo for a long time.
