That analogy fails when it encounters Camarilla Malkavians or Nosferatu and the Sabbat Tzimisce. Othereise it’s spot on. Malkvians of course likes to make slav food,... with bayleaf,... and sledgehammers, the Nos is one of those gross food channel peeps, and Tzims,... their favorite channel,has been taken down from youtube for obvious reasons, some Chianti and fava beans anyone?

*Feeding Habits According to Your Clan*
Ventrue: Goes to an exclusive gym, finds an agreeable target, lure said target to a corner where they will feast, wipes their mouth with a handkerchief as they walk away from an unconscious human.
Tremere: Plays with their food.
Toreador: Goes to an art gallery/nightclub/bar, has sex with an attractive human, then drinks from them post-coitus.
Brujah: Drinks a mix of blood and hot sauce.
Gangrel: Just drink from any wild animal/camper (not that they're that different to you) you come across.
Nosferatu:...You're feeding on rats. End of story.
Any Sabbat Clan: Hey it's Epic Meal Time! I'm the Sauce Boss! Today, we're drinkin' this shmuck who tried to mug me!

Even though this video is about Vampire the Masquerade Fifth Edition, I can actually think of this as an unofficial guide to Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodhunt. The Blood Resonances are exactly what he's talking about (Even though the mortals aren't really doing anything, but I can live with that).
My least favorite Blood Resonance is the Choleric. I prefer to avoid people with angry blood resonances since I am a man of calmness and steady strength.
My most favorite Blood Resonance is the Sanguine. I believe that the act of feeding should be an orgasmic experience for both the Vampire and the Victim. You see what I mean?
Phlegmatic is a Blood Resonance I do not care about, though if I can feed on them, I shall do it. Someone who is ultra passive might actually prove useful.
Melancholic is a rather unfortunate one. Someone who is sad, maybe depressed or even in mourning, deserves "the kiss" to give them some sort of feeling. It would be wrong of me not to.

As I admire my second Mandala, sated as I fed the original painting. My friends, two of them whom I had invited especially to make the Mandala neither claimed they saw the original "Malkavian Mandala", the painting my crazy ex left me! And it was there clear as night! Just like the first dusk I awoke with it, weak, my girlfriend gone and this red Mandala on my wall.
I remember being feverish, drawn to the still warm red painting on the wall. The Mandala was my first feast, and then remade by my thirst. Now we paint together.
I am a poor imitator, but the original Mandala helps me out a lot! It shows me things and speaks as I meditate it. And I take care to feed it with blood. This helps it change. It hungers,..
Malkavian Mandala is definitely alive... as much as I am nevertheless.
I am calm as I meditate sated, me and my Mentor on the Wall. Taking in the new formations of our new art.
We.. I have plans for the next Mandala already... Now I relish that first blood of the Mandala I feasted upon, the Mandala that made me, to observe and work with it.
Funny like the painting sometimes sounds a lot like my ex.. But I've still got my wits together, I see clearer than ever. In these moments.
The Mandala tasted as it looks... Various reds, hues and matters creating this visage of infinitive depth, the Soul or Essence of Blood.. in everything in a form of this Mandala... of connections.. My mind is connecting to it, it is fair to say. I attempt equal setting, but will be sure to keep my mind over it, not to submit to the will of the Mandala...

So far I liked more of the color, of painting with my mom's blood than those of my young male friends.. But the act of more rehearsed act made up for it.
But I thank you for the hint, and we will seek older and female, see if they are better for painting the "Malkavian Mandala". It seems to prefer female dye...

NoAggroMe I've been playing it on off for about 20 years and it's amazing setting. I love taking the everyday and putting a darker spin on it. I would definitely recommend it.

Yes, diseases have an impact on the taste. Emotions certainly do their magic too. But your dish is also flavoured by its own meals. A fast food Kine isn´t very delicious,. On the other hand an individual being fed propper and balanced food will reward you with an excellent taste. After all we´re after the sauce, not the meat. So, be a wise Vampire and remember to fatten your flock with care.

I just wanted to say I loved these videos. In the middle of a v20 campaign so it's not too likely that I'll start playing v5 anytime soon. That said I enjoyed these videos so much I've gone off and bought a copy of v5 anyway. I really do love the direction you seem to be taking the setting in. The nature of what it means to exist as a vampire is one of the things I find the most fascinating to explore with my character and I felt this was really excellently captured here.
Great vids - loving these as introductions to the lore and the game in general. Can't wait for more! Really inspiring me for my own system as well as submitting my writing for WoD :)

Yes, an other Video! Have I mentioned I really appriciate the color choice of you suit? The shade of blue is a little special but still very diplomatic. My Malk wanted you to wear bright pink very much but then I doubt the color would be good for your Skintone.

I was looking for a bit more "have a little priest" with this segment, but overall I find the content rather interesting. It does beg the question though, given certain advantages or disadvantages can be attained based on the current mental state of the kine that you are feeding upon, what happens when you feed upon one during that most intense outburst of emotion, and does that change depending on your participation in achieving that outburst or the extenuating circumstances surrounding it. It's sort of glossed over with the being in love comment but that is one of the moments that humans are at once their most human and yet also their most primal.
Ah, blood alchemy, yeah, i remembered a fun prank i pulled on the ex-gangrel-primogen. I ate animals when i was alive and i still do it because i puke and frenzy on the tought of cannibalize blood of kine. I started to speak with animals as soon i was a embraced neonate but was laughted by all the elyseums of my city, they called me the lunatic kid, or even worse, vegan! (I am very concerned over this goodam ancillas unable to tell appart a poddle from a lettuce at their age, i tought only my sire had that problem...)
but when the gangrel primogen released the hounds to "make the vegan dance" and I as joke i said "no, u" in gangrel dialect the cute doggos found it funny and bitted him back to get with the flow. lol.
He was not dieded but his childe accused his sire of incompetent and took his place so he pardoned me un exchange of telling him my low carb low sin diet
I play gangrel with "Merit : Eat Food," why because lone wolves live of off field mice. My character knew how to get kick out off elyseums.

I've started reading the 5th Edition. It's actually a pretty good update on the previous Vampire the Masquerade edition. Somehow managed to stay true to the setting, while also carrying the story forward into the 21st Century. Quite a good read so far, and I am seriously torn between wanting to play it, or run a game! Wonder if they'll ever revisit the notion of adapting the White Wolf World of Darkness into a perhaps a streaming series? They tried a TV show with Kindred: The Embraced. But that one was unfortunately cut short waaaay too soon.
(Also, given how they have de-aging technology that looks quite convincing nowadays, they could in theory keep actors looking perpetually like they did when they first assumed their roles.)

Damn, I was reading deeply about the four humors two months ago and working on a SVault that involved individuals such as the dudes from the circulatory system. Too coincidental.
Can u tell more about vampires. Are they physically stronger or faster than humans?
And, are they associated at all with the Biblical Nephalim, Rephaim, Anakim, or the Nagas of India?
From the lore, the Kindred (or Cainites as some like to call themselves) descend from Cain, the first assassin. They can be stronger then mortals, and much more, thanks to the Disciplines, the powers that comes from the blood of Cain and formalised by the Clans.
No Raphaim or Anakin involved, just an egotistical murderer and God being a jerk playing the most twisted joke over Creation.
Screw it. I'm porting in the Macellari just so they can attend one of these soirees at Elysium.

what would happen if a vampire drank from a dead body, what would the effect be?
3dagalathor like drink from bloodpacks, less nutritious, and you might/will puke it if too dry/decomposed. Ir you just killed the kine one minute ago, no difference at all as if it was alive.
The better preserved the food, the more nutritious remains. Raiding bloodpacks preserved con freezers without reach frozen solid state kept on hospitals can keep you perfectly unless you get metuseleah thirst or just kindred blood addiction.
Oh, it's possible to turn Lead to Gold but, like many things an immortal creature can do, is neither practical nor wise.

Simon Bevis how extensive the color correction. The big thing though is the fact that the camera can be heard and I can,t help but think of how the sound was captured and how to fix it.
