Mr. Hudson purports that Israel is losing their younger generations, who chose to work outside of Israel. But if his country was continually attacked, growing up as a young boy, it is likely he would also want to leave, finding more peaceful accommodations elsewhere...no?
Demographically speaking, there are roughly 16 million Jews worldwide, with some 7 million of them living in Israel. There are around 6 million Palestinians, globally speaking, with roughly 5 million of them living in Israel (~2 million in Gaza). When considering the Islamic population, there are almost 2 billion of them globally, many of them living in one of the 48 Muslim majority countries, around the world. If anyone can easily emigrate to another locale, it would be the Palestinians in Gaza, of which the majority is Muslim.
There are 48 countries that Palestinians could choose from, which offer the same cultural and religious norms they are used to. They could also opt to emigrate to other countries who are willing to accept them as refugees. Moving the smaller population from Israel would be the best choice here, if talking about the hypothetical emigration of either Israelis or Palestinians. And if the Palestinians did emigrate elsewhere, perhaps Israel's population of Jews would begin to increase...especially if there are no further threats of conflict or terrorist attacks?
