"A kangaroo is on the field of play.... again."
It was that calm "again" that killed me.
I lowkey expected someone to fight the kango after he said 'again'
australians have seen it all i guess, lol
🇦🇺❤.
**"Meanwhile in Australia"**
the most increadible thing I've ever heard from commentary "a kangaroo is on the field of play... Again"
Only in Australia would that happen.
typical australian problems
It's a common problem in Australia. The Bathurst racetrack gets them all the time.
i'm pretty sure the australians are just used to it lol

I like to think football cat and hockey cat are the same animal who just has the worst luck finding the bathroom at sporting events.
LOL
🤣🤣
It is a black cat, so it has bad luck by default. (Joke--I heart black cats.)
Hokey cat was at a San Jose Sharks game, and got adopted by one of the players!
@@TheTrumpReaperactually, they are called lucky in some places.
Everyone is worried about the cats and snake and that's valid, but I was the most nervous for that monitor lizard who was always a few feet away from becoming a speed bump.
yeah, wierd how we're worried about the cat in a noisy environment and not the lizard crossing a 200mph road
@cheesymeatball174 A lot of people are heavily biased in favor of traditional pets like cats or dogs, and regard reptiles as creepy pests.
I felt bad for the bird too , he got hit so hard ,
I was hoping the lizard was okay too poor baby
It happened again at the same track this year, I think the lizard got run over this year though
damn the kangaroo's hopping speed, thats so inredible
One of those teams should've signed him.
Like it how the cat and the dog were both faster than the players
They can hop at a maximum speed of 71 km/h, they're one of the fastest animals on the planet!
I love the way kangaroo's hop fences. Got that initial hop so it can spring over
@fireaza this fact is terrifying
Kangaroo on the field AGAIN????
Yeah that was the second time the kangaroo went onto the field. I didnt include the first since i felt like it didnt add much
@@savagebricksports1 It’s even better without context, you made the right call hahaha
@@savagebricksports1 Honestly, I agree. Just hearing the commentator say it happened more than once drives up comment engagement so much to make people go "WHAT DO YOU MEAN AGAIN?"
Australia moment
Ha
It's very wholesome that when a dog does it, all the players involved are willing to just put their competitive spirit on pause and go "WHOSA GOOD POOCH, YOU ARE" as the easiest way to get them calmed down to be let off the field.

The cat on the hockey field was surprisingly mobile, I don't think a human would be able to run barefoot like that on the ice.
He has natural spikes.
Humans are basically popping a wheelie at all times
Your average housecat can outrun Usain Bolt. Easily.
@@wtfgoogle6964 Oh no yeah I know, what I was expressing was that it was on ice. A cat on ice would still be faster than Usain Bolt on ice but I feel like it's reasonable to expect a cat on stone or soil to run faster than a cat on ice, just like how a human on stone or soil is faster than a human on ice. Maybe I could have reworded the original comment or something lmao

I honestly feel Bad for the Kitties - they did NOT want to be there.
Kitties get pretty curious and go where they don't want to be. Same here as a human, for that matter.
Some stadiums have cats in them to keep rat population down, the cats live in the stadium and they know to hide on certain days of they're caught and placed in safety until after the game. The cats are fed by staff and cared for by staff.
I wondered what happened to the cat on the field, it looked scared shitless and everyone was screaming at it, how do you catch a cat in a field that big? I got the feeling a bad feeling about that cat's destiny
@@giorgiasegalla1558 Yeah, I wish the clip hadn't been cut off prematurely and we had been able to see how things turned out.
Neither did the snake, and those scared idiots hurt them.
I felt so bad for the 2 terrified black cats that didn't know how to escape.
Tbh they seemed more a mix of concerned and curious rather than outright terrified, granted cats are kinda hard to read.
fr- it must have been so scary for them, especially because it was so loud and big! i hope they're okay now
@@RUSTYCHEVYTRUCKthe first one was definitely scared. Poor thing was so stressed out
@@RUSTYCHEVYTRUCK the one on the football field, that you could see the cats tongue hanging out, heavy panting in a cat is a sign of extreme stress. Like when it was going for the bleachers, and all those idiots in the stands were beating on the walls the scare it back . That cat was terrified
1:54 in brazil, the disruptors are breathtakingly beautiful
4:19 he just looks so happy😂
Yeah that was adorable, he's in his little dog world.
I saw him chewing the shoe and laughed wondering who's shoe he managed to steal and was happily munching on it on the side lol
I wonder if the macaw at 1:49 is a lost pet or a sanctuary escapee since wild parrots don’t normally land on people. Could be bonded with humans and landed on someone out of exhaustion and for help (food and water)
Yeah that was weird, I hope it is ok and found its way home
It's a pet which happens to live in the same condo where the Brazilian women's team's training center is located, so it actually tends to frequent the field rather often lol. This was the first time it landed on a player tough
I think it's likely a lost pet since it's more common for escaped pet birds to get lost than sanctuary birds (since most sanctuary birds are trained to stay close to their caregivers and come back on command) but yeah either way the bird is way too calm around humans for a wild macaw
The snake deserved better handling.
Both for the sake of the snake and those who might get bitten if it decided to fight back after all these strikes. Fortunately for them it was so terrified that it was only thinking of escaping
Yeah I felt bad for that snake.
I did too. I hope they got it to a place where it could safely be released and that the lid didn't suffocate the poor thing. I get it. Snakes are scary to a lot of people, but they're essential and deserve the same care people give to dogs.
yeah bro just wanted to watch the game too!

That was a dog who wanted to play “I have the ball and you don’t.” Even if they gave it up pretty quick.
Animals in sports are more entertaining than the actual sports itself.
Once a baby owl somehow got onto the field during an Oakland A's game ... can't remember where they were playing .... Jose Canseco may have his issues, but he's an animal lover and he made sure the baby owl was rescued before it got hurt.
Not worthy!

God bless the animals. What would earth look like without them
What would Earth look like without humans?
@@torchit2302 very good question
Well, we are animals too.
However, if humans were the only life on Earth, we'd be dead pretty quickly.
For a start, we wouldn't be able to digest things without our gut bacteria, then, even if one doesn't count bacteria, all the fishermen are going to be out of jobs (and some starving) as there would be no fish or other marine animals.
Many species of plants, including fruit trees, aren't going to get pollinated.
Blind people and other disabled people who reply on helper animals (especially dogs) are going to find their shortened lives much more difficult, and dogs won't be helping in searching earthquake zones, either.
A lack of biodiversity is something that puts us at risk, too, but too many greedy, too many desperate and too many stupid humans are wiping out biodiversity at a frightening rate.
@@torchit2302 "What would Earth look like without humans?"
For a relatively short period of time, much better. Look at how even after being radioactive for decades, the area around the Chernobyl disaster is teaming with wildlife.
We are _worse_ than radiation and an asteroid impact.
However, within a couple of billion years, Earth will become too hot for anything but extremophiles, so the only long term hope for more complex life is, really, humans.
It's true that within a few hundred million years another couple of species could evolve to become as complex as us and technologically more advanced, but whose to say that they won't make the same mistakes we have?
@@pineapplepenumbra I guess we'll never know...
Some horrible person brought that poor cat to that football stadium and let it go. Halloween week - I do not believe in that kind of coincidence.
Street cats enter gyms, halls and stadiums all the time. It’s quite common all over the world . No need to be angry
@@ELVIS1975T Black cats also have a higher chance of being strays- people are less likely to adopt dark-coloured cats, whether because of superstition, or just because lighter coloured cats look cuter.
Judging from the thick neck and skinny haunches, I'd say that's definitely a stray- specifically, an unfixed male stray. Male cats develop thick padding around their neck to protect it from the bites of other aggressive toms vying for territory.
@@ELVIS1975TStreet cats are abandoned pets so there's a reason to be angry. Someone dumped the poor thing because it was black.

I feel so sorry for those terrified kitties! Cats instinctively hide when they are frightened, and these cats had nowhere to run to. You never see what happens to them. I can't watch.
I saw another comment saying that "some woman from maintenance" got the cat off the field. Hope it went well because that cat was really terrified. I don't know what it is, but "funny cat videos" are most often just painful to watch :/ I guess people just don't understand them.
@@Cherubi-chan It's sadly that people find cat abuse funny. Most cat videos are abuse because people find abusing cats funny. Most people are crazy cruel and without empathy, so this explains it.
4:00 Look at these good bois, They just want someone to pet them and give them some headpats. Wholesome and adorable.
Connecting a black cat to Halloween is very unfair.
Plot twist - the animals just wanted to play too! (Except for the bees. In that case the queen bee got it in her head that TV cameras are evil and she sent out all her workers to destroy the camera!)
The "ar naur" of the Australian commentator when the kangaroo jumped into the field was just a spectacular moment.
1:40. A missed opportunity, the cat was wide open in the end zone.

"He's back to the same place he was half an hour ago."
Look, I know kangaroos are tough to corral, but come on...a whole half hour and he's still on the loose?
Well you don't really corral kangaroos they usually just leave when people are close for a while. They can also be very stubborn and may prefer to stay in their area/s than leave.
Somebody has clearly never dealt with a Kangaroo before. They go where they want, they're fast and can jump over most walls and fences. They can also be very aggresive, if it wants to watch a soccer match from the sidelines, it's gonna watch a soccer match from the sidelines. If it wants to be in the middle of the road that you're travelling down at highway speeds, it's gonna suck for you.
@@Chzydawg I've never dealt with a kangaroo before and know that they'd be difficult to corral.
Kangaroo can also kill a grown man with a single kick. I'd leave it alone too.
This made me laugh. When I was a kid myself and the neighbours kids were trying to chase a kangaroo off the road as we were scared it would get run over. Well let’s just say kangaroos can jump really really fast all over the place and they will not go where you want them to go. We chased it for well over an hour it was so stubborn it did not want to get out of the way of traffic. So yes this video is completely believable from experience.

Now THAT'S sport entertainment!
That poor black kitty was soooo scared. They needed to make everyone quiet in the stadium!!!!
0:45 the horses are doing much better dealing with the flock of seagulls than the humans.
Put of all the humans there it shocks me that at least one person didn't just open a few of the doors/gates to allow the frightened cat to escape to a safer and calmer space, where then one calm person could gently approach them. Imagine being a cat within a huge crowd of very loud and big animals much stronger than you. This is not entertainment - it is cruelty. The players laughing are clearly as clueless and thoughtless as the crowd. And any grown up should know that chasing a cat like that is just going to terrify the cat even further - those people were displaying hunting behaviour when the cat needed soothing and to feel safe and not trapped.
Chill out dude. No one is thinking straight when they're in a big stadium.
