I played ice hockey as a goalie when I was younger. Let me tell you, pucks are hard, and even with protective gear they hurt like hell to get smacked by at the speeds they go at.
I played handball, general rule was face, groin, and only then net.

I don't know why but diving fails just kills me every time.
Hence why I refused to play any sport after age seven. I got hit in the forehead by a baseball, sending me to the hospital. I still have a slight dent in my forehead nearly 50 years later. After that, I flat out refused to play any sport, which always ended in my parents having to explain to teachers why I wouldn’t participate in sports at school.
