How she got to that rock? She's an Ægir, the race of aquatic lifeforms, she's specifically based on a shark. Ægirs like her came from the underwater nations of the same name, Ægir.

What's asleep inside? Murder. What's currently awake? Also murder. This character is pretty much a living blender, and absolutely relishes in that. That said, she's got some serious interesting issues where she only really regains the ability to think coherently when in the presence of horrible eldritch monstrosities. Almost an inversion of the old 'go insane from meeting cthulhu' thing'.
Admittedly, that's because she's also a bloodborne expy and is effectively slowly becoming one of said eldritch abominations, and the tug towards that state is letting her healing factor overcome her magic rock cancer momentarily. But still it's neat in just how many normal 'crazy chainsaw waifu' tropes she either subverts or outright inverts.

if i remember right this song is for the alter of specter who basically got tortured so much that it gave her ptsd that makes her hide her true self she basically made an alter ego and this song is her remembering all her memories and her personality basically be less crazy if im wrong someone please correct me

You're partially correct.
Specter is a split personality as a result of liquified Originium being injected into her spine and her Seaborn blood fighting back against it causing her extreme amounts of pain to the point her psyche broke.
Specter the Unchained is the true return of Laurentina, not just remembering everything of who she is, but also her time as Specter.
This song is after she remembers who she is during the event story.
