What a beautifully pure reaction to music moving you. Especially with the ability to realize how difficult and technical the musicianship is. This is why I watch your channel, thereâs no one else doing true, emotional reactions like you. Keep up the amazing work.
Omgoodness! Thank you so very much! We only seek to give real reactions and hope that we will be accepted, understood and appreciated, in some way. Your comment brought a huge smile to my heart and brightened my dayđąđđ€đđ
Clonexx check out PINKMETALHEAD TRUST ME :)
batman66ism Have been subscribed to her for a while now :)
HalfLifeSistah - Thank you for taking the time to reply and let me know that. The fact that it made your day just a bit brighter and better is amazing. Everyone could use more positivity in their lives, it just makes things a little easier and happier :) Be well, I look forward to more awesome videos :)
COOL :)
I love her reaction too. Itâs deeper than just âmetalâ. Will always be - Megadeth - to the grave!
I think itâs about that time for tornado of souls with marty đ
Tornado of souls has one of the best solos (in my opinion). I'd love to see sistahs reaction.
She might not make it out alive after that song
I havenât heard this song in 20 years⊠it still sends a chill down my spine.
It's my favorite song
Metallica use to be my favorite band back in the day, until I started really listening to Megadeth. I'd say I like Megadeth more, they have a certain feeling to their sound. Almost like their songs have their own soul or spirit.
aÉŽáiÎŃy I can dig that, because Iâm the exact opposite...Megadeth was my favorite first and Metallica became my favorite, and for the same reasons you gave but theyâre still the best 2 bands out there.
@@cullertransportation I knew about Metallica first and I was not impressed. Megadeth are far better.
@@darth-imperius SAME HERE LOL THEY a little good tho they not that bad
conquer or die by Megadeth is a damn must. kiko is a talented man
I absolutely agree.
So many brazucas... troulleiro is a regular guitarrist
@@pedrocardenas7827 bad troll
Kiko is definitly the best since marty
@@Bloopsan nowhere near Broderick lmao
thank you, that was beautiful. Mustaine is such a powerful, emotional writer. much love
I would call that a total eargasm!! The best kind!
đđ€đđ
eargasm? what is this? what is such a thing? lol
@@TANTRUMGASM eargasm are real.. for real
metallica are great, no doubt. Megadeth just has a special kind of energy that Metallica could never reproduce. For me nothing can match their technicality and emotional intelligence
btw, the whole "Dave punched James" story, that came about because James kicked his dog - so very justified
I totally agree with you. Megadeth is really unique. One of my favorite bands.
Sang-Yun HWANG pouring beer down an inanimate object vs kicking a living creature...which is worse?
Sang-Yun HWANG alright thank you for clearing that up
Anybody even thinks bout kicking my Brussels Griffon, and they will beg2 b punched instead of what they do get!! I can c James or Lars doing that, not Kurt, he's a Buddhist. I đMetallica but they hav that attitude. I hope Dave knocked him on his ass!
"Metallica are great" that says it all about them
This is in my top three metal songs of all time. The way the song builds, the raw emotion and the elite level musicianship is mind boggling. Daveâs natural angst and guttural vocals are just icing on the cake. A true masterpiece of a song.
The best way to not hyperventilate during songs like this is to headbang, it is a fact
You have to show sistah holy wars, the punishment due
her chest may explode
@@Eliath1984 it nearly did. Lol.
@Dennis King we probably shouldn't let her listen to any Iced Earth
Megadeth's sound is partly Dave's anger. And I can't lie. I appreciate angry music, so that's why I enjoy Megadeth more.
Tommy Bort that makes 2 of us man!
I love the anger and spite in his voice! đ đ
@@darth-imperius you must be my lost twin
You might need a ambulance on stand by for Sistah if you ever get around to the rust in peace album
Wolf, Dave was an asshole back in the day. A lot of Megadeth fans' anger with Metallica is not the fact he was kicked out, it was the manner and what they did in the aftermath. They tried to bury him as an artist (it's explained in Some Kind of Monster, deleted scene). There are two sides to every story and unfortunately, the only one we ever heard back in the day was the Metallica one.
Dave kicked their ass as they deserved
No Dave; no Big Four. Kerry King said it, Scott Ian said it, and he proved it with Metallica and Megadeth. I love all of them.
I mean you are absolutely right.
No Dave would have made the "Big Four" probably stay more underground if that makes any sense.
It's undeniable that Dave was a big part of making the Big Four... well.. Big...
It's the sound.
Dave is the mastermind behind the thrash metal sound. He was the first to do it.
And you're correct. Scott Ian said it, Kerry King said it and Gary Holt said it.
Canât stand that pretentious douche Scott Ian
Jeff young and Dave Mustaine...on guitars David Ellefson on bass and Chuck Behler the drummer. Gotta say this is my all time favorite album.
When you said "instrumental on the end" I was expecting 'Into The Lungs Of Hell'.
Wasn't disappointed.
A superb song that never got enough play.
I love this. This song is a masterpiece what a beautiful reaction megadeth would be proud.
I know, girl. My favorite from them and I met Dave Mustane while this song was playing, while attending the COUNTDOWN TO EXTINCTION listening party, here in Tampa, Fl. I gkt to tell him it was my favorite while he signed my poster and shook my hand.
Great moment for me and him to. I told his "This (pointing upward toward the music playing) is my favorite. " He looked at me and said "Mine too"..
I love Dave.
Good Mourning/Black Friday by Megadeth has to be next
1AngryCuntđ Our voice must be heard!
Yes it does!
@@Walamonga1313 ;)
@@MsFrostitute Will you make a video on your gas mask collection? You got me curious last time
@@Walamonga1313 Lmao sure! I will eventually
The emotional response she had to this song is so pure, and honest. And for someone who is new to metal, she seems to have a keen ear for it. I feel the same way, on the inside, when I hear certain Megadeth songs, and this is one of them. And, I've been listening to it for 30 years, or so, it never really goes away. I would like to recommend "My Last Words". However, if she does, let her watch a video with the lyrics so she can read along, it's a bit fast.
Mustaine is not only an amazing singer and guitar player, he is also an outstanding songwriter and the emotion in his voice, music, lyrics is what has made Megadeth such a great band.
Can't wait for Holy Wars!! :) Love your reactions!!
The song is DEEP! This in my opinion is one of the greatest metal songs ever written.
Just discovered you guys and I'm loving the energy and how up front you are with your emotions. It makes the reactions so very different. Cant wait to be binging you guys
Okay; I am a 41 year old man. Experienced drummer and I grew up on rock/metal including Metallica and Megadeth. I am a soft hearted and sentimental type person and I still love music as deeply as I ever did. So, when you said "This song has no age; it is timeless" made a bit misty eyed.
I feel that statement truly grasps this song and, honestly, all of music but I do have a particular bias for rock and metal. I would love to see Dave Mustaine react to this video and especially your words on his song being timeless. Dave had/has a dark side but he has heart, too, and I feel your words could bring him to tears.
Excellent video, excellent reaction to one of my all time favorite songs. It makes me happy to see people discover, and enjoy, the songs I love. I did not expect you to be so passionate but I am glad you do enjoy it so thoroughly. Your reaction probably would have had me crying, too, if I did not feel so happy at the moment seeing how much you enjoyed it.
Okay, I'll go because I write books when I respond (that means I type a lot of info) and I know y'all are busy. I could talk music with you two every day for the rest of my life.
Thank you and I just cannot wait 'til the next video.
We love reading comments so by all means, write away! When Brittney Slayes saw Sistah reacting to her song she was moved. It made us feel really good! Never considered the actual artists looking at these types of videos when we made them. I hope nothing I say ever insults them. I have to remember to always be respectful lol. Thanks for the kind words đ€
Hi, beautiful! đđđŸ
Thank you sssooo very much for such a wonderful commentđ
Please feel free to ALWAYS write your books. I'm not much of a book reader, lol but these are the types of books that I love to readđ
I am glad you enjoyed my reaction. Most do not understand; I'm glad that you dođ€
I am grateful that my husband crated this series for me, because I am learning about some great bands! I look forward to so much more, as this is just the beginningđ
Welcome aboardđđŸđ€đđđ€đŸâđŸ
Well said, in the same camp.
I honestly appreciate the reaction, I mean, Megadeth wrote this song and amazingly to this day, still feels as if it were the first time, so many fans of the band identify with this song, timeless! you guys keep up the good work, metal is HUGE!!!!
I love you gorl, and wolf...great picks. Nobody else has ever reacted to some of these songs.
I also love your understanding of the history
What an amazing reaction vid...I'll be watching more now. So cool. Makes me remember the first time I heard this music. And you are one lucky dude, I hope you praise all the gods there are for your incredible fortune! \m/
Oh please... Megadeth - holy wars, the punishment due. You will flip over that song...
I liked Metallica way before I liked Megadeth. But only after hearing Megadeth I became a metalhead I am today. Dave inspired me to dwell deeper into the music than anyone before. Been almost 12 years since I first heard Megadeth and it's so fun seeing someone else discovering them. Great band.
Your heart will fall off if you hear this list:
1000 times goodbye
Never walk alone... A call to arms
I'll be there
Promises
Forget to remember (this one after reading why dave wrote this lyrics)
I challenge you not to drop a tear with any of this songs
Also, you're right, the lyrics where because dave broke with his girlfriend, but the music was dedicated to cliff burton after dave knew he (cliff) was dead.
Those first 2 or 3 Megadeth albums are among my all time favorites. Early days fury at its best. Rest In Peace, Gar Samuelson..
Blue Eyed Ginger I ear youâïžStill listen to those 3 Megadeth album masterpieces đžđ€
Blue Eyed Ginger Definitely. Rust In Peace is a phenomenal album and a musical+technical accomplishment, but the first 3 albums had the best vibe. The were heavy, angry and groovy as hell!
Walamonga 1313 Thereâs kind of a punk speed metal sound that thereâs not in Rust in Peace.
Pat Soly Yeah, they went full speed metal (and later heavy metal) abandoning their thrash roots, which is the punk+metal sound and attitude.
This is one of my all time favorite tunes! I played the hell out of this back in the day, over and over! Your reaction is priceless! Go on Sistah, get your metal fix!
My favorite Megadeth song, he wrote this song in 1988, Dave Mustaine the best guitariste and very good writer....another favorite song it's My last word....Sistah very good reaction J'aime ça....
Anvil were crucial innovators of thrash. That last stage of "Into the Lungs of Hell" always reminds me of a news show that was on UK tv in the early '80s (Weekend World), that used the crazy parts of Nantucket Sleighride by Mountain as its theme, and that works for me, because when I hear Megadeth playing that, it conjures up that sense of serious things going on the world (although there always are), and that this is getting hectic, and we have to pay attention.
LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! TY so much, one of my favorite videos you've done!
"The best" is gotta be Holy Wars/Punishment Due
You're adorable! Thank you, sugah!đđŸđ€đđ
Here's to hoping for lots more content from this channel. Love watching you guys react and the various "flavors" of Sistah's reactions.
I so, so, so, so cannot wait for Sistah's reaction to Nightwish's Ghost Love Score live from Wacken 2013 ;-)
Aawwee, thank you, love! đ€đ€đ€đđ
I really like reaction videos especially y'alls being that I am somewhat emphatic I think I get a little more from it and other people because I can literally catch goosebumps in response
Beautiful reaction. This band gave me so much peace when I was so troubled.
Love the 8 bit raining blood intro
Thank you!đ€đ
Show her Good Mourning/Black Friday with lyrics lol. That one or Looking Down The Cross PLEASE!!!
EDIT So glad you also did Into The Lungs Of Hell, great instrumental.
you enjoy so much with these songs sistah.
Hi, Barry! I really do, love. I am enjoying my journey. You have NO idea!đ€đđđđđŸđđ€đŸ
Thanks for another great reaction you two! I love how passionate Sistah is when hearing great music. I requested the song Epica - Consign to Oblivion Live at the Zenith a while ago, and I'm now a bit nervous that Sistah may have a heart attack if she hears it lol. And Wolfkain, thanks a lot for the clarification over A Tout Le Monde. That's the great thing about music though, being able to interpret them in our own ways even if they're different from the original intent of the song. Once again, you guys are awesome. Keep up the great work! And I'm so sorry to hear about Tiger.. love you guys.
Omgosh, Brian! You are so beautiful. Thank you for the positive feedback, love and supportđ I want to hear that song and will see to it that wolf brings that to the top of the list.
Thank you for your condolences for tiger. đą
Love you, youđ€đ€đđđđ
Hi Sistah, it doesn't need to be brought up to the top of the list, but thank you. You two are doing just fine with your current progression of songs to do. It'll be interesting to see what he thinks of it though if he's never heard of Epica before. They're like a heavier version of Nightwish.
What a perfect reaction, and so heartfelt. This song is a perfect example of how music can touch you and the meaning of the lyrics can change depending on your situation. I had been covering the song in a metal cover band for a couple of years when I had a bad split with my girlfriend at the time. It was stupid immature love but at the time I would have given my life for her. I was driving down the road and this song came on. Although I knew the lyrics by heart for the first time I felt what they mean and maybe what he felt when he wrote the song. I was a tough no emotion showing metalhead teenager at the time; and I'll never forget how this song completely broke me down into tears shaking. Just wanted to share that with you.
Hi, Sunshine!đđ€ Thank you for the compliment and thank you so much for sharing that with us, sugah. Much appreciated. This song ous one of the best songs I've ever heard!! Music is magical an it can take you on a journey and move us, emotionally, to a place we didn't know existed. đ
Wow, what a pure and genuine reaction it was quite beautiful to watch. I love this channel, also you remind me a little of me and my fiancé keep it up and thank you!

@@HalfLifeSistah Pantera it makes them disappear love or hate. Makes sister cry Testament Trail of Tears
This song was instrumental in my teenage years and the angst of heartbreak during those times. Love your reaction and seeing someone feel the music the way I did. Still a favourite song to this day. Appreciate your reaction!
My favorite Megadeth song. When I was in the Army in Germany and have to pull guard duty at a BSA site, I would sing this song very loud to scare off any other ppl or creatures, as I walked the perimeter during the middle of the night.
Amazing reaction too a very great song from Megadeth (: Awesome (: I always loved my In My Darkest Hour (: And the instrumental was Insane too WOWW (: Definitely a flashback into the past that still remain raw, melodic and timeless (: Greatness You Guys (: Greatness Keep up (: Keep it coming (:

Our pleasure! Thank you for watching :* â„
1991, North Schylkill HS, we did this song in the lap synch contest! Standing ovation, didn't even win an honorable mention. Good times!
Great song...great reaction!!! Keep up the great videos Sistah!!!!
Thank you, baby :* â„
HalfLifeSistah I would recommend "The Big 4" live from Sofia Bulgaria DVD. It has Metallica, Slayer, Anthrax and Megadeth all at same show. They even do a version of "Am I Evil?" with all four bands. While you can find the videos on YT, I would recommend purchasing the DVD. I think Megadeth did the best show as it was pouring down rain and the audience was way into it.
Wow sis!! It took me a while to see this, I bought a new mercury & my WiFi was off. This is a great song, and one of my faces, brings back some memories. Sistas reaction is justified. Good stuff you two!đđđđ

Omg Sistah is headbanging !!! Love it, welcome to the metal side, we have cookies. Btw this song was written in memorie of Cliff Burton when he died, Dave was in a tour bus when he heard the news and wrote In My Darkest Hour on the spot.

Bite of the She-Wolf, Holy Wars ... The Punishment Due, Angry Again, Dread and the Fugitive Mind, Addicted to Chaos, Elysian Fields, Symphony of Destruction, all are amazing technical productions with impactful lyrics.
Peace sells might be a good example by Megadeth on how punk influenced thrash metal.
At first look on the lyrics It may seem like a punk song, but actually this song is about stereotypes about metalheads. Ofcourse there is a punk influence especially in the outro.
wonderful tears and cheers.
So I found your videos a couple of weeks ago, and I must tell you both, that I love your energies and appreciation for music. I myself love sharing music, I especially love sharing music that deeply moves me! I would love to see both of your reactions to a virtually unknown artist by the name of Nick Drake.
