- God sometimes changes how He is working in and through us, and change can be difficult for us. Knowing this, God provides a way for us to stay flexible and move with Him. When we allow Him to empty us, then wash us in His word, and we press into Him in prayer, He renews us to be able to carry His new movement.

Shalom. I agree the final destination is to be conformed to the image of the Son. But pastors n leaders have to direct the people to the Holy Spirit as only He can do this. As you, yourself are led by Him. The Holy Spirit is the best, best, best Guide in a person's life.
