Imo, one of the best things about him is his energy. And he seems to have different approaches for each fighter.
With Rose he tries to amp her up to instill confidence. With Gaethje he's more humourous to calm him down. With Usman he's more tactical & is a relaxing presence. Well actually he does everything with all 3 lol, just to different degrees.

I love Trevor’s calm demeanor with his fighters between rounds especially at 268, I’m sure it puts them at ease and feel more confident.
I noticed that too. That’s exactly what I would want if i was in there. He never puts them down either. Finds ways to communicate that soften his criticism. Hes worth whatever they are paying him
He’s also concise. He really only gives them one piece of tactical advice, two tops. Some corners are telling their fighters 20 different things. Even if it’s good that’s too much to absorb in that short of time when your heart is racing.

I cant stand the character but I have always said he is a great WW and admired his abilities, the pressure he puts on people, 99% of the division wont be able to take. I look forward to him beating Masvidal quite easily and I think the Leon fight would be super competitive.

Pat gives her love, belief in herself and motivation. He seems like an awesome guy and all these haters would LOVE to be in his position but they’d never be man enough (self assured) to handle such a woman and that situation.
He is the man of the house but she is the star. One is not more or less equal than the other. Its not hard to see she gains confidence from his presence. And he walks beside a beauty and a star.

Trevor Wittman is truly the best coach out there. Not only he gives a good tactical advice, he can also read the psychology of his fighter well.

@@willsk1738 nah it was 100% because of Trevor, coaching 3 fighters on the same night must be a lot of effort but doing all 3 back to back could have been bad especially for the last fight where he'll be drained mentally with no breaks. With Justin first on the main card it gives him a nice break for the back to back Rose/Usman fights.
Theres no way they told Justin/Chandler theyll be the main card opener just because of Canelo fight considering that Justin/Chandler fight could literally headline a UFC event lol

Colby couldn't be more see through after this fight. It's kind of painful to see him continue this gimmick even though it's kind of obvious he is just playing a character even though it clearly hurts him. Dude has a lot of respect for Usman but he also needs the big fights.
Him vs Masvidal is the fight to make if (most likely) Masvidal loses to Leon.

I think Francis is fine at Extreme. Coz it's his wrestling that needs work. At Trev it's more striking of which we know Francis is a knockout artist. Maybe at a much later stage when he just needs to fine tune his striking and not just throw crazy.

This is some real historical stuff for MMA/UFC right here. I don’t think people realize yet how huge Trevor and these three are for the legacy of this sport. There hasn’t been something quite like this since boxing. There’ll be stories and movies about them. We’re really seeing something really great here.
