Is there any test protocoll for the accu-packs in the frame? So much repetitive vibrations can cause one or two problems in the long run. Can you elaborate on that?
We don't test the batteries other than riding the bikes. The battery is made by BMZ which is one of the biggest manufacturers of batteries. Batterh manufacturers make all the needed tests for the batteries so they meet the standards.
@@Polebicycles I imagine that the manufacturer should do some testing, but I have never bumped into anything on bike battery test protocol and for E-MTBs there should be quite strict protocol. And it's a pity that you can find loads of videos showing burning batteries but no vids on testing and quality assurance. Fun fact: not so long ago there was a huge fire in Hannover caused by faulty batteries in e-bike causing about 1 million euros damage (e-bike shop was neighbouring parking house).
Hey Leo i was just looking on your website Jan. 24, 2022 and I noticed you changed your motor and battery to Bosch? i was really hoping for this one my youngest brother just bought a Specialized Turbo Levo and the app is great also no motor noise hardly at all! One of my favourite features! What was your reason to go with the Bosch? Or are you still going to offer the Brose ?

love how the inside/bond/outside cnc process.. no fasteners.. looks sick.. i think the only other components that are made like this are the rear swing arms on motoGP race bikes.. they tune the stiffness / compliance in 3 different directions by varying the thickness and adding ribs in side the arms.. but keep the outside smooth.. so sick..
Does the frame bonding deteriorate over time?
I doubt it. My frames bolt together though. :)

It kills me to hear them say thd only 7075 cnc frame in the world when i e been doing fully surfaced dh bikes for 25 years and hid them like crazy. Now is the time. Im all set up. I guess theres room at the top for these guys too. :) Alutech actofive too.

Agree with this guy. Kenevo is about 1,000 times better to ride than a Levo. Should have some small wheel options, keeps it playful.
If only you did a 27.5 version, can't believe everyone's making everything 29er especially after a recent survey came out saying the majority preferred 27.5 to 29.
I'm sorry, but the majority do not prefer 27.5. I myself prefer mullet 29/27.5, but 29/29 is the most popular by far

The Voima comes with a Bosch Performance CX Gen-4 motor
Why not using a Gigapress and producing frames with aluminium injection molding? You can buy an Fiat Panda 4x4 with hybrid engine for the price of an eMTB you can buy a Bilstein B6 suspension plus springs for the price of bike dampers there needs to be a jump in mass-production to bring bikes back to economic reason! When there is the next gen of Bosch-Systems there is a new batterie connector, there is a new motor mount and your frame is useless and the second market will crash the price’s so valuable customers who invested in the first way will get punished by losing money and you have to find new customers in competition with falling prices for extremely valuable used bikes. Ah… and please sell an IP68 blind battery cover when transporting your bike with a car rack while raining to keep everything dry! ;-)
