Talia Al Ghul is such a boss character and the story lines that she is in are often intricate and complex, capitalising on her relationship with Batman.

Talia is a better fit than any other females; Salina, Vicky, etc. Her love is genuine (considering she on many occasionswent against her father. She is not moved by greed (she an al ghul, heir to an empire whose wealth is only second to vandal savage), she can fight better ; trained with her centuries old dad, the league of assassins higher up (many more), smarter; could have taken control of the US any time she wanted with a small faction of the league of assassins called leviathan. She is mixed race of Chinese - arab decend.

In later stories, it was explained that they were also keeping him drugged. He was also slightly erratic before hand as I think this happened shortly after Jason Todd (the second Robin) died.

It was confirmed by Rā's Al Ghūl's creator that his name is pronounced Rā's (Raish) Al Ghūl not Ra's. As Talia said: A common mistake with it spelling it as Ra's Al Ghūl instead of Rā's Al Ghūl. Confused me at first for a while.
I'm not the type that cares how people pronounce certain words, but yea this one drives me crazy.

I became interested in Talia after watching Son of Batman. I didnt quite know who she was before, & didn't pay close attention in Dark Knight Rises. I think of I love the version of Talia in Son of Batman the best.

i dont think it's fair to call her a damsel in distress when in many stories, including her debut appearance, she saves batman's life. it's true that first it was batman who saved her from her kidnappers, but at the end of the issue she also saves batman by shooting the villain who almost killed him.

Talia isn't THAT comic accurate in the dark knight rises. yeah she is a love interest but that is only because she puts on an act for most of the movie just to get close enough to trick Bruce into her plan and kill him; she hates Bruce/Batman through and through. whereas in the comics she genuinely loves him. they bump heads whenever Batman interferes with league affairs but Talia would never kill him.

Well Bane still pretty much had his origin. We just don't know how he ended up in the pit.
Paulie Walnuts no, bane's comic origin is that he was born and raised in a prison, which they gave to talia in the movie. we never really learn anything about bane other than he saved talia from being attacked and after she escaped she found her father and got his help to free bane.

I think putting Talia into the extended universe will give an extra treat for Ben Affleck's Batman. Especially it's Damian Wayne's first time on screen.
If they find a more ethnic looking actress for Talia (who is part Chinese, part Arab), sure... Talia isn't white, she's Middle Eastern of partly Chinese heritage

If I had to be any female character in the DC world it would be Talia Al Guhl because she is skilled, educated, and talented and you never know what side she is truly on. She is a great assassin and spy, and she has legions under her command, and she is extremely rich thanks to her father. Talia would be my first choice of female hero/villains that I would love to be, plus she is a character that is realistic, like her character is the most believable as a character that could actually exist in the real world today and not just in comics.
Selina Kyle she's also a rapist willing to kill Damian and others in bad blood and she said "we can always make more

Due to the fact that's how Head is pronounced in Arabic. Aka Demon Head. But also. The baby they gave birth to is not Damian. It is a non canon baby (non canon because of Damian).
