My favorite part from this video was actually your dressing! There is a restaurant that serves this salad right next to my previous job and I used to love it. I eventually started making the salad on my own but I could never get the flavors of the dressing to be exactly what I wanted them to be. The dressing you made is so simple, but it brings out just the right flavors! Loved it!

1 table spoon of rice vinegar
1 table spoon of sesame oil
1 table spoon of honey
1 pressed garlic clove and purée ginger
1 table spoon of sesame seed
