The Perfect Asian Chicken Salad!

- Bobbi has perfected this Chinese Chicken Salad for over a decade and finally came up with the best combination of ingredients to make this salad a winner!
Ingredients:
Two chicken breasts seasone with salt, pepper, garlic and paprika
Olive oil
Dressing:
2 tbsp avocado oil
1/3 cup Rice vinegar
1/4 cup Housin sauce
1.5 tbsp Soy sauce
1/2 tsp Sesame oil
1 Tbsp Fresh ginger
1 clove minced garlic
Salad:
Fresh chopped romaine lettuce
Half a bag of coleslaw mix cabbage
Cubed grilled chicken
1/4 cup cilantro
1/4 cup green onion
11 ounce can of mandarin oranges
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup garlic ginger wonton strips
Finish with dressing and sesame seeds and mix

😮living in asia for 2 years, never seen a salad anything like that. Lol. Salads here are like a small handful of romaine and a little tomato and a couple strand of lettuce with ginger soy dressing. 😂 For 1.50 more add 100 grams of chicken😊
I don’t use Romain, just cabbage as it holds up for the next day, and I heat my dressing to soften the cabbage a bit and intensify the flavors😊
