Episode 30: Chinese Chicken Salad with Mandarin Orange and Baked Wonton Crisps
HEALTHY ORGANIC INSPIRED ASIAN Food and Cooking
    with Diane Yang Kirk
    Cooking Level: Easy
Learn how to make an easy Chinese Chicken Salad! It is light, tangy, crispy, and low in sugar compared to a Chinese Chicken Salad or Oriental Chicken Salad you may find at a restaurant.
I sweeten the dressing with honey and fruit juice and the additional sweetness comes from natural ingredients such as sliced apples, dried cranberries, and the signature mandarin orange slices.
Instead of deep fried chow mein noodles, I show a light and crispy baked wonton wrapper crisp and toasted sunflower seeds which make each bite exciting because of all the different textures!
If you are making a vegan salad you can of course use agave instead of honey and swap out the chicken for some cubed baked tofu or seitan!
I like to use organic ingredients whenever possible, HOIA recipes are not only clean, but also delicious. I hope you enjoy this video! HOIA!!!

HOIA Food And Cooking with Diane Yang Kirk I like them too (especially others hehe). I have said some pretty strange things a few times. Most not fit to save, but sometimes i include them as well :)

Then don’t watch and go find another video! The internets at the point where people cry in the comments but don’t critically think and move on!

Meat and healthy never go together. Rather keep pain, torture and death off my plate, but everything else looks. Good!

I totally understand where you are coming from. I would assume you are a vegan. You can always make this without chicken and use a soy chick'n instead or crumbled firm tofu. You can also check out my vegan recipes on my channel!

It is a little fancy I'll admit but it's soooooo good! I have catered with my recipe and it is always a fan favorite. It's light, tangy, crispy, refreshing!
