Apologies: A very small part of the audio sounds "Glitchy" . [It sounded fine before uploading, but there seems to be a slight glitch after processing: Not sure what happened].

I can't believe that I have never realized this before, but after hearing this on a nylon string I can see just how similar this is to the later Bartok String Quartets
    👍

Hi Jason, Yeah, it's that sort of harmony. Flat 5ths and lots of chromaticism in a sort of question answer format. The 20c Classical music/harmony/techniques work really well with the Plectrum guitar for some reason.

So glad to see you back on CZcams!!!!! Is the light coming out of your hands at the end of the video a special effect? Or is the camera picking up the wonderful energy emanating from your hands?😀

Hi Gabriel, thanks!...I'm not sure what happened with the video lol! It wasn't meant to be an effect, but it's just the way the lighting worked that day, and I thought, ah let's keep it. 👍

Clifford, if you haven't before, you should attend a Guitar Craft course and go straight to the source to learn how Robert Fripp holds the pick and uses his hands. Or check out his CZcams channel vids, such as this one:

Hi mate, I have played with a few people from the original Guitar Craft course and who toured with Fripp/craft. But, for me it's a pre learnt thing and not useful for improvising. For improvisation the McLaughlin style suits me because in improvisation you are dealing with unpredictability and interruption from the other instruments. I only really made this video for a bit of fun and to get myself back into uploading again as I had CZcams burnout for a couple of months and had to get back into it. 👍

@@CliffordMartinOnline No problem. It's all good, and McLaughlin is awesome!
