Yoshi: Eliminates sloppy bearings and worn out bushings. By delivering 3 mm play and clonky sound as a factory default feature :) Also selling refresh kits to pull out and replace sloppy bearings and worn out bushings. Sounds great...
How long have you used these pedals for?……. Or are you just making assumptions based off a 45 sec clip
i'm guessing you havent even touched the pedals before lol haters gonna hate
I was one of the few riders who was lucky enough to ride these pedals as a prototype. Ive had mine since June 2023. I can assure you they are solid, Ive had several pedal strikes and the pedal are butter smooth today as the day i got them. These pedals are made in California, they use high quantity japanese aluminum and Japanese bearings. You get what you pay for 💪💪💪
Dropping consumer dimes. Give this man a raise @Vital MTB
Vital is the best MTB channel out there
Very informative!! Thanks!
I've got around 1400 miles on my Chilaos with no issues whatsoever, and I'm talking about roughly 250k' of climbing as well but I don't ride in the slop. My pedals are right, tight and spin well; grip is great also but YMMV. IMO they crap all over the one up pedals I've had and are even a bit better than the Oozys that I had. To be fair, mine are NOT the "SS" version.
Haha Yoshimura siiiick
Would be cool if you could include price’s on the bikes.
Hello man what do you think about syncros squamish ii pedals
Hey BYB. Does the Chrono upload your time to Strava? Cause if it's not on Strava, it didn't happen.
I tried the Stamp Flat boa shoes, was not a fan. Much worse grip than on my Five Tens (even though I run Stamp 7 on all my bikes), the boa didn't add anything, the anti-debris cuff did not fully enclose the top of the shoe, and the tongue bit really badly into the top of my foot (even though the fit was otherwise excellent).
That kid's Devinci looks like a baby Knolly
The pins wear out way too fast and expensive to replace from their site. Luckily for me my work stock same size with better material
Mondraker gets no love 🥲
Pedals were always out of stock especially during sales(priced double to triple many others). There are so many pedals out there you can get with this money I couldn't wait because at the time the only things I wanted above others are the pins being colored and replaceable and the shape. Now that I couldn't get them, I found out those bearing sides being elevated and not being flat on the edges would probably be uncomfortable. I am sad that the Nukeproof Sam Hill Horizon Enduro's are no longer going to be made ;( I really liked the feel of the Stamps 7's as well. I also am interested in the ANVL and DMR Vault's. The Deity TMacs might be another but they look almost too big. Hopefully Yoshimura's will have a good sale where they don't run out even when you are on the notification list and ready to order but that time has passed I believe. Anybody else have any pedal preferences to add to the above mentioned?
check out pembree pedals. I used to ride DMR Vaults, but was getting tired of how they always end up being creaky and needing serviced all the time. I wanted to try a pedal with a different style spindle and I saw a video of Rob Warner doing a tour of the pembree factory when he was sponsored by them and building himself a set of pedals. There is a scene where Robs monkey brain cannot comprehend an air spring, but i was so sold by how tight the tolerance was with the spindle that it made an air spring in the pedal body that I bought a pair, and have been incredibly impressed with them since the day i got them. They are not cheap, but im about to buy another pair for a new bike im building if that says anything. Although im tempted by the new Yoshis, im going to get a yoshi stem so might as well match lol
Chromag dagga
Fezzari was a terrible name but Ari is worse. It sounds like a $3 Walmart brand.
That's what happens when a company is named after some nonsense combination of letters the owner came up with.
