is there a way to send directly on a channel instead of forwarding manually from slackbot?

I don't think so. I would imagine that would require having a channel specific email address for each channel you create. Good news is, Slackbot notifies you when the email comes in, and in about 2 clicks you have it in the channel where you want it.

Actually there is! Your slack admin can configure and get the email address for you. I just got it working.

@@mayurjobanputra9346 I just checked channel settings and I do not see a way to have an email go directly to a channel. Are you sure they are not going to your Slackbot first?
