    WHAT YOU NEED:
    - Some Toothpicks
    - Kitchen scissors
    - Tealight or lighter with small flame
    - A pair of tweezers or small pliers
    - Plastic bottle with screw cap
    HOW TO:
First you clean your bottle and cap thoroughly and let them dry.
Light a tealight. You can also use a lighter, but this is not so convenient because it occupies one hand. In any case, it is important that the flame is not too big.
Cut the tip of your toothpick with scissors. You can also use the end of a brush if you want to have a larger opening.
Now take the cap with tweezers or pliers and hold it over the flame with circular movements for about 30 seconds. Don't hold the cap too close to the flame, and also not too long, because otherwise the plastic can melt, or is too soft in some places, but still too hard in others.
The right moment is when the plastic becomes transparent. Then you take it from the flame and carefully press it into the middle of the cap with your toothpick.
Let it harden for a minute, pull out the toothpick and cut the tip of the cap with scissors. DONE!
You can either take a piece of your toothpick and stick it into the top of the cap, or you can make a little cover out of aluminium foil.
Don't be annoyed if the first 2-3 attempts don't work directly. You need some feeling for how the plastic behaves with the fire.

That is so cool. Question, if you use the condiment bottles how can you keep the paint mixture from clumping?

Thank you :) The bottles are empty pretty quickly. I use them only for pictures that need finer lines. Up to now such a bottle did not last longer than 4 weeks and in this time the paint did not clump with the vinyl glue as medium :)
